Hello everyone,

I ve been suffering from weak erections for almost 4 years. It all started after I finished a steroid cycle. Since then I can't get full erections like I used to before that.

I ve tried restarting my hpta like 100 times. On blood work it worked, normal/high testosterone but the Ed/low libido persisted. Long story short I am now on testosterone replacement therapy and it did help with libido but not with erections.

I have optimised every possible hormone that could be causing this, I've spent hundred of hours on reading about hormones. I did a doppler ultrasound and while even with the injection I only reached like 60% it came back normal.

What I have noticed is that when I sit my erections are almost normal 80-90% but when I lay on my back they drop to 20% in 2-3 seconds. Even when i push with my fingers on my pelvic floor the penis instantly feels with more blood.

Even with viagra or cialis i do get harder but still the same pattern on positions. I couldn't believe that this could be caused by pelvic floor dysfunction cause it all started after a steroid cycle but now I have ruled out both hormone and vascular issues so that's what's left. Problem is I don't know what it is, tight pelvic floor, weak pelvic floor, do I need kegels, reverse kegels or something else?

Sorry for the long post, really looking forward to your respones

It's not likely you caused any nerve damage with your cycle. Could there be a psychogenic component? What's your mind state when attempting to induce erections?

Have you looked into getting a cavernosogram?

How is your libido; and how would you describe your level of cardiovascular conditioning?
