Pretty much what title says.

I know this because I have now seen that when I limit sitting for prolonged times feelings of tightness subside, I can sleep better, pee less often, have much less pain, etc.

Compared to when I study for an exam for 5 days, basically sit all the time. During the end, it feels like hell.

My question is: does this mean my hip flexors are weak and tight from over using in the sitting position or they are just inhibited?

Basically should I strengthen or stretch?

Any other tips to counteract the damage sitting does? (Apart from not sitting)

Thanks a lot

Kgs? Do you mean kegels? Cant do those, I am involuntary kegeling hard during sleep and nocturnal erections, causing wet dreams often.

Any form of conscious kegeling makes everything so much worse.

My sitting posture is not a problem I believe.

And my question is not about my sitting habits anyway.
