Hi all,

All my life i had a 7 inch penis and never really thought twice about it. Never measured my girth either.

I had been taking finasteride for two years and during the pandemic i was masturbating a lot and it hurt my EQ a lot.

I was having rough anal sex with the wife and ended up injuring my penis and developed Peyronie's. I immediately quite Finasteride thinking i was experiencing Post Finasteride Syndrome. (My T is like 516 which is not great, but not terrible either.)

For like 3 weeks i could not get an erection and had no idea what was wrong. Finally went to a specialist who diagnosed me with Peyronie's.

I was able to get erections before seeing the specialist, but i was freaked out after i saw it curve and the erection was painful and hard to get.

My urologist prescribed me Pentox, Cialis, and told me to take L-Citruline. For two months i left my penis alone thinking that traction or VED would make things worse. However, i developed an upward curve and narrowing (girth loss.)

I did a lot of research and ordered a RestoreX on the third month after the injury after seeing my penis get shorter. I was down to like 6.5" from my original 7.

RestoreX worked miracles and within a month i was back to my 7 inches. However the narrowing persisted. I kept using RestoreX and eventually got up to 7.5" which gave me a certain peace of mind after months of depression.

I still experience mild ED but Cialis is working for me pretty well. I've done a ton of research into implants and have consulted with the great Dr. Eid.

I think that implants are pretty good, specially when done by an expert like Eid. The biggest risk is infection.

In any case, i'm mentally prepared to get an implant. I'm also considering going back to finasteride at some point in the near future.

The good results from RestoreX has motivated me to continue in the PE journey to get the most size if/when i do get an implant.

I'm also trying VED and clamping to try to get rid of dents. Have had pretty good success so far.

I have to wait another 8 months before my insurance will pay for the implant so i'm in no hurry. Plus i'm not sure that i need it because Cialis is working for me so far.

I've always been a risk taker. No guts, no glory.

So I want to enlarge my penis as much as i can for the next year or so, try to save my EQ, and eventually get back on finasteride.

That's my story, it's a long one. I'm also active in Peyronie's Society forum and Franktalk.

I'm currently at 7.75x5.1. My goal is 9x6, with a 100% straight penis, and 100% EQ.

Nice to meet ya'll and looking forward to participating more in this forum.

Sounds like you've been doing all the right things to address your PD. I study treatments for conditions, including sexual health, for a living. Surgical intervention is a viable option, but after studying the procedure and seeing before/after pics, I would be really scared to have it done to myself! It's not a procedure that a large number of docs have perfected. If you go the surgical route, just be sure to find a top surgeon and not just whatever doc the insurance covers. If it were me (maybe I'm not as big a risk-taker with my penis as you), I'd keep on with the non-surgical methods until I exhausted all options before surgery. Sorry to surgeons out there, just MHO.

Long time low intensity stretching and extending. Never getting cold, always making sure you can get great circulation after exercises.
Heat can help too.
Implant makes no sense if you are young and can theoretically get an erection on your own.

Thanks everyone. Yeah it took me a long time to arrive at my current therapy. Long time, low intensity is the way to go to keep and gain length. I'm doing pumping + clamping for girth. Continuous heat is important.

I'm just now about to start experimenting with DMSO (vitamin e, vitamin c, pentox) in the next few week to try and soften up the scar tissue.
