I am thinking about buying a penimaster pro, however, I hate how a lot of people tell me that you can wear it under your clothes, while others tell me it is impossible. Could someone finally tell me which one it is?? Can you, or can't you wear an extender under your clothes WITHOUT any suspicion whatsoever?

I have worn mine pointed up, under shorts with untucked shirt. Drove in car, walked in mall, drove home. Penimaster also sells an adjustable shoulder strap.
My preference is to wear my PMP at the computer.
You need to experiment, to see if you have any issues, that need addressing, before planning to wear this at work. Penimaster recommends removal after so many hours to check/adjust/look at/massage for circulation/urinate, etc.
Because the comfort level is really great, the temptation to wear it for really long periods of time is there. Best to not over-do any pe device.

How do you pee when with an extender? Can you really use stealthily under pants and actually go out, etc?
simple you take it off if you need to pee....About wearing it under pants its all depends, you will need thick loose fit pants. And it depend of your penis size, my extender at the moment is 9 inch long so its really hard to hide it...have to wear it at home! lol
You should be fine! But remember PE is really individual, if something fits me it dont means it will fit you! You can buy cheap ebay extender just to see if you will be able to wear it under your clothes before you spend top dollar for pmp

Buy the complete set so you have different options. If you wear loose jeans, jogging pants or cargo shorts, you can wear it with the rod extender any position you want. But If you want to wear relaxed fit jeans, definitely you should use the belt and position it around your waist... I personally find wearing it over the shoulders or thighs uncomfortable.
Using the belt makes it a lot bulkier?? Possible to use with shorts and teeshirt?

Yes, you can wear it under clothes, but it depends on what you wear. Loose pants work best. If you want something more discreet, check out izzu international they’ve got solid options that stay hidden and comfortable

Makes sense! Having the full set gives more flexibility. And yeah, wearing it at the waist with relaxed jeans and with Dainese racing jacket sounds way more comfortable than over the shoulders or thighs.

You technically can wear it under clothes, but it really depends on what you’re wearing and how you move. Loose pants or sweats make it less obvious, but fitted jeans or thin fabrics will show something’s up. Sitting for long periods can also be awkward. If you’re expecting it to be 100% invisible in all situations, that’s not realistic.
i use stealthformen vac ADS -- i've actually picked up take out at restauarants with no one noticing -- and I am not small.... no one can tell (i regularly wear it under my clothes even with other people around). my wife has commented she can't tell... i think ANY vac ADS would probably allow this
extenders are a different story... i do recall one guy who wore it at work, but he might have been reall heavy -- if you're lean / thin, i dont know that it can be hidden
