I suffer from erectile dysfunction. It's not a temporary thing that only happens on off days. I've had for as long as I can remember, even as a teenager and I'm still only 25. It's resistant to oral medication. I was finally able to have sex a few times upon using the pills but then they just stopped working. Even during masturbation there is often a problem. I suspect venous leak. It's the only explanation.

I haven't tried injection therapy yet, but I really don't like the idea of using needles on my penis.
And let's not even talk about changes in diet or trying herbal supplements or kegals. I've been there, and done that, it doesn't do squat for me. I quit porn too which is also one of the first things I'm asked.

I really think a penile implant is my only option. I'm just wondering how difficult it is to convince them to give it you me and to get insurance to pay for it. In my experience doctors have been very apathetic to help me because they don't believe that it's even possible for a young person to have erectile dysfunction or just don't care. People don't understand just how difficult this is to live with and to be impotent.

Sorry for your troubles man, I think most guys have some kind of ultrasound or similar to get an exact diagnoses of venous leak and i would recommend doing the same before trying to find a solution. If you don't know exactly what you are trying to fix you can't really fix it.

Personally I would advise against an implant, unless it was the absolute last solution in the world. I have read of a horror story concerning an implant surgery and a so called reputable surgeon who left a guy with a shorter penis than he had before and other complications.

Just be careful bro.

I definitely wouldn't want it to become shorter and would talk to the surgeon about that concern. But what's also a horror story is suffering from erectile dysfunction for years and having one failed encounter after another which is so mortifying and frustrating.

Oh boy I hate" I tried everything" posts .

No doubt you have a thread or link where I can see these years of effort . My personal interest is the pelvic floor which of course you could teach me about training for anti ed start with your stretching protocols please .

On a very basic level what were the results of your hormone tests . You know total test free test estrogen etc

If its a venous leak, leave youd dick alone. It will heal. You shouldn't be doing PE if you can't even get it up anyways. People our age don't just get ED for no reason. You didn't grow up like this. Leave your dick alone so it can heal. Stop masturbating. If it doesn't improve in a few weeks to a month then, I would go back to the doctors and ask about a pump before getting injections into your penis.

I see you have aged 5years since a post a year ago where you said you were 20Y .

At that time you claimed you were refused hormone tests which is very very difficult to believe . It is the usual start point for investigation of ed . Mind you you also mention masturbation to orgasm .

Anyway some time back you said you were going to insist on a hormone test and would post results . We are waiting!

That's two threads now you're slandering me on. I did go to a doctor and insisted on having testosterone measured like I said I would. It came back at 639 which he said was normal, maybe it's not the best number I could have but high enough where that wouldn't be the problem.

I joined this forum less than a year ago. I looked at my previous posts to see what the hell you're talking about. I listed my age as 24 on my first post last year (go back and check) and I'm 25 now as I said.

I tried Viagra, Cialis, various herbs, meditation, different partners, giving up porn, diet changes, exercise changes, read much literature about this. I mean basically yeah everything other than the implant. Most young people don't have to do a damn thing to get an erection and can take that function for granted. I'm able to masturbate to orgasm with a lot of work and effort and am often not fully hard during it or if I take the hand off it goes limp. It's good enough where I can manage on my own but not enough to have a good time with a partner. This has caused me pain that you wouldn't believe so why you felt the need to provoke me today perhaps you can explain.

The first time I went to a doctor for this condition I was 20 years old.... years ago. Perhaps you saw that and misunderstood and though I was saying I'm 20 now. I mean if I wanted to email you the medical record that would prove how long I've been suffering with this but I don't feel the need to do that.

Quote slickskin
I got some great news. It worked! My order of the generic tadalafil arrived from that Indian pharmacy, and it works like a charm! A 20mg tablet from them works just as good as the 20mg tablet of Cialis but instead of paying over $50 I paid 98cents! I will never have to worry about getting an erection or the cost of the treatment ever again when I have an opportunity to have sex. For so long I thought it was too good to be true but it's not. This is incredible for me.

I would listen to Pegasus, he has much wisdom you could glean from if you desired.

He accused me of lying about my age giving a different number last year, but then when I asked him to show that post he can't do so because it doesn't exist.

The quote he just referenced was me feeling relieved that I finally found an oral medication to treat my condition with, but then I developed a tolerance to it and it stopped working which is why I'm back complaining about the problem after having written that post last year about good news.

Uh huh and how many threads have you started on the same issue ?

I repeatedly asked for hormone test results which are the first thing they do in suspected ed cases . You repeatedly said they were not available they were repeatedly refused . Very very hard to believe . I suspect you now make up a number when you realise how foolish you sound .

You developed a tolerance it seems in record time it usually takes a decade or more funny that.
You waste our time .

If you read my posts clearly I said I got a testosterone test in January and it came back normal. My most recent threads are still about the general issue of ED but I'm asking about two topics that I didn't mention before: pelvic floor exercises and penile implants. Do you have anything valuable to contribute about that? I can't believe they made you an admin here when all you've been doing is trolling.

I would really modify that post about trolling and such. Peg is just about the smartest guy we got and he is just trying to figure out the inconsistencies from your posts in order to best help you.. Your over reaction to a guy trying to help you leads me to believe that a large part of your ed problem is mental. Okay now go bash me as well.

I'm not a psychologist, but from reading all your posts I'm not convinced that all your ED issues are related to physical problems. Have you sought any counseling? Could there be some underlying issues that have a negative psychological effect on your ability to achieve an erection?

I understand your reluctance over using an injectable to achieve an erection. Out of curiosity I have tried Aprostidil (Edex) and it works very well! The needle thing isn't as bad as I thought it would be.

There's also a peptide that can be used called PT141 - it too is an injectable, but is used like a insulin shot and is done into the belly fat of your abdomen. That stuff works very well... in fact I used the recommended dose and had a very difficult time getting rid of my erection, which lasted over four hours! I had to go for a 2 mile run and take some Benadryl to get rid of my erection!

It's like that old saying, what came first the chicken or the egg. You can tell I'm very frustrated and have some depression and anxiety... but that's because I have erectile dysfunction. That is what I'm upset about. If I didn't have this problem I'd be way happier and more confident. If it was psychological I don't see why it would be happening even when by myself and for there to be an absence of morning wood.

I actually never heard of that injectable that you say goes in the abdomen and not the penis directly. That sounds less frightening and unpleasant. I'll definitely look into that. Does insurance usually cover that? It sounds like you could even have the opposite problem where it works too well and then are worried about priapism.

I'd be willing to bet that you get nocturnal erections and youdon't even know it.That's because your brain isn't working. As soon as your brain wakes up you're back to your ed. Why not have someone watch you all night while you sleep. I bet you they'll tell you I'm right

You can try the “stamp test.” Before you go to bed, Wrap a roll of stamps around your dick as tightly as you can get it without breaking a perforation and attach the first stamp (lick or paste) to hold them together. If when you wake up. The stamps are separated, you had wood during the night. If not, try again the next night.

Implants are the final step. There are many steps that need to be tried first such as a Vacuum erection device, tight constriction bands, And injections. I injected several times a week for three years and rarely encountered any pain. Insulin needles can be quite hair thin which can be virtually painless.

Lots of information on these techniques can be found on franktalkDOTorg.

Have you tried leaving your dick alone for once? That's one thing you didn't list. Don't even have sex until your body is right.

I think I get semi erections at night and I get those in the morning. Semi erections actually aren't difficult for me to get but they're not hard enough to be usable so I may as well just be fully flaccid. I don't really have anyone I'm comfortable asking to watch me sleep to see if I get an erection though lol.
