2 hours of low pressure pumping seems fine so far. Positive PIs every morning/throughout the day.

I also finally see what you guys are talking about regarding pumping expansion! I've never had super significant expansion inside or outside of the cylinder, but after 3 days of pumping it looks SUPER plump inside, and stays nice and thick with a low flaccid hang all day. NICE.

Hoping this leads to permanent gains in the long-term though. Hard to tell as girth is so much slower, but I'm think 3 months should be enough to see if it's working or not. As for now, I'm enjoying the process!

I think that's critical. Enjoying the process. Otherwise it's way too easy to stop &/or be disappointed when you don't get the results you want.

I've seen some pretty solid results in the BPEL department - and they're continuing at nearly the same rate using the extender+pumping combo - but girth has been lacking. And since now my BPEL is on the high end of average, I would LOVE to see some girth gains because otherwise I'll get to 6.5/7" and have the most pencil dick ever.

Girth also feels harder to measure because sometimes it ~looks bigger, but then I pull a little bit too tight on the tape, or instead don't do it tight enough and the measurement changes. No idea how some of you who have it up to like the 3rd decimal point in the bio do it.

A Premature Ejac experience & restarting my journey to fixing it

I've been putting 90% of my time towards PE (penis enlargement) for the past ~2.5 months.

Before one of my flings fizzled out in October I was having better results with beating premature ejac. It wasn't perfect, but I was no longer a complete one-pump chump & I could somewhat control my arousal levels. Plus, I was always ready to go for round 2 which was fine.

Then I had a pause & another fling in early January where my PE mostly came back. I wasn't at just 10-15 seconds & could handle a blowjob + ~1 minute of sex, but then I'd have to constantly switch positions and couldn't get into a rhythm.

Then that fizzled out also and I put all my focus towards penis enlargement.

I've been seeing some good results with that, but recently I met another girl & we ended up fooling around.

I was feeling somewhat confident about PE because I've been:
  • Doing deathgrip masturbation/edging almost daily
  • Doing some reverse kegels almost daily
  • Doing stretches to relax my back/fix my APT from time to time

But I actually had the worst case of PE I've had in a while
.

We watched a movie, started making out/grinding, etc, I ate her out, and when she decided it was my turn I literally busted before she even put her mouth on my dick.

I was way too excited & the arousal level was way too high & I wasn't controlling my breathing, my muscles, or anything else. There were multiple confounding factors such as:
  • Holding in a fart (lol)
  • Being a little bit tipsy & full of food
  • Being in a mildly aroused state for nearly 3 hours beforehand
But none of those should affect me THAT strongly.

So now I'm back and more determined to fix PE once and for all.

I'll still continue doing my penis enlargement regiment daily, but with some changes... From now on:
  • No more porn!
  • Daily APT tilt stretches & exercises to fully fix APT. - I've had APT for as long as I can remember and it seems to be a potential cause of a tight pelvic floor/PE. I've been doing some stretches and exercises from time to time, but I'm going to focus on this daily now.
  • Meditating 2x/day every day. - I've been "high strung" always had muscle tightness problems for as long as I can remember. I've meditated on and off, but usually I feel better after I meditate for a couple weeks straight and then stop. Not anymore.
  • Alternating deathgrip & fleshlight for edging with thrusting - While my most recent PE "accident" wasn't related to PIV sex, this should prepare me for PIV when the time comes. The goal is to do two things: practice in a setting as close to real sex as possible (thrusting, tightness, etc), and desensitizing myself a bit more because right now I'm extremely sensitive. Every girl I've been with yanked on my dick with what feels like such ridiculous force that I'm questioning how hard "death grip" really is.

I might do some ballooning/other sensitivity-related things, but I feel most of my PE is due to:
  1. APT & general tightness everywhere - which should be fixed by stretching & meditation
  2. Mental "tightness" - which should be fixed by meditation & seeing results & lasting longer with the fleshlight
  3. Watching porn constantly - I use porn to get hard every time I put on my Phallosan/while bottling so I end up watching at least an hour or two every day. Based on everything I've read, this definitely rewires my dopamine pathways & makes me crave that release rather than focusing on the build up.

I'm basing my above program on these threads (these are mostly for me because I don't want to "subscribe" to all of these threads, lol:

PreEjac Log - Day 1

Did 15 minutes of edging/ballooning today focusing on understanding my arousal levels. Using the ideas in ByggD's guide. Facemask on, complete darkness, no noise. Just focusing on myself and figuring out how my body feels.

Wasn't able to get up to a 100% max boner that I usually get when watching porn by only using my imagination. Was at maybe 75-80% for the entire time. Did NOT get close to PONR, but that might be because I focused on my breathing and relaxing my body when it started tensing up. I also came yesterday though so that might be related.

Some observations:
  • When I get more aroused I start lifting my shoulders, tightening my lower abs, and curling/pushing my toes into the ground. I generally lift up/tense up my shoulders when stressed, which nowadays is like all the time.
  • I used this strategy (#4) when ballooning and noticed something interesting. I only got IKs when I rubbed right under the head on the right side, not on the left. On the left no matter how hard I went there were none or extremely weak IKs, but on the right the IKs were super strong and did not let up unless I moved my finger extremely slowly. I only masturbate with my left hand so that could be a partial cause of that? Either way, learned something new!
  • I've also noticed some random IKs throughout the day, but this was before I edged/did anything other than my daily PE work. Not sure if they were always there and I just didn't notice or if this is a new thing.
  • I only did this sitting so it would be interesting to see how this differs when standing/lying down. Will test that tomorrow!

For my program I'm basically doing a mix of BiggD's and the other one linked above in tandem + some light kegel/RK work, stretches, meditation, and weightlifting 3x a week. I'm a believer in "extraordinary problems require extraordinary solutions" which is why I'm planning on going hard for ~30 days, seeing what changes I see, and adjusting from there.

A New Understanding of Why Porn is No Bueno

As I edge more & more without porn I now realize why porn (at least the way I used it) is bad.

I noticed that it takes me a lot longer to get a boner without porn, and even then, I haven't gotten to a full 7/8 erection on the erection scale yet.

A big part of that is how porn warps the arousal process. I read about the "plateau stage" of arousal & now I realize that with porn I basically aim to skip everything and get "to the good part" asap.

I would still "edge" to porn, but I would edge not on the plateau, but very close to 9/PONR and at near-maximum arousal. I'd find a video, skip all the boring parts at the start, and go straight to the good parts. Then I'd find another one... repeat... repeat... repeat.

And whenever I'd start a porn session I'd always aim to get a max boner as fast as possible which basically means getting to max arousal as fast as possible and going up very high on the erection scale as fast as possible.

I literally taught my body to skip the plateau & soft erection/lower arousal stages!

That's the equivalent of inviting a girl over, and instead of cuddling -> making out -> grinding, etc, etc you go straight from "come on in" to "I'm gonna put it in."

Sidenote: Technically you might be able to watch porn in a way that mimics the natural flow of arousal & limit yourself to one video max. That probably won't be as beneficial as not watching porn at all, but it'd minimize some of the unwanted responses I've conditioned my body for.

Anyway, I'm completely forgoing porn for now (but I might resort to it on measuring day if my non-porn erection is still very far off from my "porn" erection in order to keep my measuring consistent.)

  • 2 sessions of bottling on top of 2 edging sessions for PreEjac might be a bit too much. Will pay close attention to the PIs & adjust after this rest day if needed.
  • Measuring days might be hard as the boners I get without porn seem to be smaller than the boners I get with porn (unless my lil guy is just tired). Might resort to a bit of porn on measuring days to keep measuring consistent, but will see how things change within the next couple weeks.
  • Have been wearing the PF facing down as facing up caused me to lose suction last time & made the edema worse. Facing up provides more pull & feels more effective though so I'll have to experiment with that.

PreEjac Log - Day 2

More edging & understanding arousal levels.

2x25 minute edging/ballooning sessions.

1st session observations:

  • The strong IKs when ballooning on the right side were smaller today. Not sure if it's because I used lube or I'm just getting used to it.
  • First ~10 minutes were super easy.
  • Tried standing up & almost immediately got to PONR. Changed my posture/position a bit and was able to get more comfortable, but standing up was still harder. Probably because I used to stand up and cum when I was younger.

2nd session observations:
  • Tried lying down & I feel like my arm is too short to do it comfortably with a good stroke. Was pretty tense in general.
  • Reached PONR multiple times during this session. I tried some faster strokes & different positions w/ some thrusting and those brought me to PONR real quick and getting back down was difficult.
  • Whenever I went hard & fast I would reach PONR within ~3-5 seconds no matter how well I was breathing or how relaxed I was. My pelvic floor would immediately tense up and I'd have no way of relaxing it.
  • My head is so RIDICULOUSLY sensitive.

PreEjac Log - Day 3
Rest from PE.

Did stretches for APT (and general whole body stretches), meditated 2x30 mins, did some pelvic floor massaging & RKs.

PreEjac Log - Day 4

Stretches, mediation, the whole shebang.

1st 25 min session:
  • Standing is harder than sitting.
  • Jerking fast, whether with a death grip or not, gets me to PONR way too fast.

2nd 25 min session:
  • Took some dextromethorphan to see if it'd have a delayed ejac effect on me. Felt sleep ~30 mins in, started edging ~1:10 minutes after taking it. At first I though it was working, and it DID take me longer to get to PONR, but not so noticeably longer that I was like "wow!"
    After getting close to PONR the extreme head sensitivity was still there though & I got to PONR so many times that finally I had a failed DO. I went from a ~7/8 to a ~10 in the span of seconds and I pulled away and held a strong kegel, and after ~10 seconds I RK's to "pee" and let some of the sperm that I couldn't hold back dribble out.
    I've used the above maneuver previously and I always thought you weren't supposed to be able to pee when you have a boner, but I've always been able to.
    Either way, I wasn't planning on using the drug as a crutch, but I wanted to know how it felt to "perform normally," but that will have to wait.


General thoughts:

  • My pelvic floor is EXTREMELY tight. I actually have like a little "knot" in the perineum area right at the bottom of the kegel area. Is that part of the pelvic floor? Should it be there? Is that an actual muscle knot in my pelvic floor? I've had it ever since I started PE & before that I never paid attention to it.
  • I still can't really do a full proper RK, especially during sex. I can do a reverse RK easily. Same thing for a regular kegel, but an RK just feels like stretching out my belly with some very small changes in the pelvic floor area.

Causes of PreEjac

After digging through the forums it looks like there's a lot of things that could lead to PreEjac.

Psychological:
  • Stress/anxiety - general & sex oriented
  • No arousal "plateau" - due to porn?
  • A too sharp increase in arousal - due to porn?

Physical:
  • Unbalanced pelvic floor - likely too tight
  • Anterior pelvic tilt
  • General tightness in the body
  • Extreme sensitivity - potential caused by masturbation & porn habits
  • A shortened frenulum
  • Constantly being in the sympathetic rather than parasympathetic state

Chemical:
  • Zinc deficiency
  • General depressive state/GABA deficiency

And the funny thing is... I have almost all of the above!

I tried the Zinc assay test for zinc deficiency & realized I'm super deficient. This makes sense as you tend to use up Zinc during periods of high stress & low recuperation & that's the state I've mostly been in for the past 3-4 years.

I have APT, can't do reverse kegels (unbalanced pelvic floor), have terrible masturbation (light grip & fast) habits, watched too much porn, have extremely tight muscles, & generally have higher than average stress & anxiety.

I'll be working on addressing all of the above and I now understand why most people aren't quite sure what exactly cured their PE. For many people there's not just one SINGULAR cause of PE. There's a bunch of things that work together to make you a one (or ten) pump chump.

Getting in both PreEjac and PE work daily has been hard, especially on days I actually do stuff outside of my apartment. With more and more places opening up around me I might have to focus mostly on PreEjac and switch to a more intensive manual workout for PE because right now it takes up too much time.

Small win last weekend!
Forgot to mention this, but last weekend I was able to grind/mess around over underwear for a near constant ~45 minutes with no problem! She tried to give me a BJ after and I exploded after ~15-30 seconds, but I consider the grinding a small win.


Got a fleshlight & used it 3 times.

  • 1st time I struggled terribly. Way too many PONR even if I went slowly & couldn't hold myself and ended up cumming after 20 minutes. I kept going for 5 more mins though even though the post-nut sensitivity is UNBEARABLE. (Another potential cause for PE?). I also lifted on this day which might have affected it.
  • 2nd time was much better. Had to do some minimal stop, start with kegels, but had a couple of 1-2 minute periods where I could keep stroking FAST with no problems. Is there such a thing is pre-exhausting your PF muscles before sex to last longer?
  • 3rd time was almost as bad as the 1st. Way too many PONR way too fast even with deep breathing. Start/stop & kegels didn't help. Ended up cumming after 20 mins and going for 5 more afterwards. I have a theory that if I fight through that extreme sensitivity after I'm done, it might decrease my overall sensitivity during sex. Also lifted today.

Overall I'm definitely seeing progress although I'd like to do 2x25 min edging sessions per day. One with the fleshlight and one without. A bit worried it might be too much for the lil guy, but we'll see. For now I don't have the time to dedicate that much time to it.

More potential causes of PE?


  • Lifting? The way I'm lifting or the muscles I'm training could be making me more susceptible to it
  • Not keeping going after cumming

Two PreEjac Wins!

Had sex yesterday for the first time with the BJ girl from my recent posts. I was able to last ~5 minutes or so!

Obviously my PE isn't completely "cured," but considering that while grinding/eating her out I felt like I was about to bust, 5 minutes is solid!

Then the morning after we got frisky and I wasn't sure how I'd perform. Got to PONR within a minute or two, but was able to pull out and kegel hard to stop myself from cumming. Then kept going for another solid 3-4 minutes (although couldn't go too fast without getting too close to PONR), and finally got really close to the PONR, pulled out, but couldn't manage it.

Either way, a very solid start for only 2 weeks of progress! Going from literally cumming within seconds of a BJ to lasting ~5 minutes.

Will keep doing my regular PreEjac routine & see how things progress within the next couple weeks.

Had some success beating pre-ejac during sex recently!

As for workouts I've been:
  • Stretching daily - I think stretching the psoas to minimize APT really helped
  • Edging on days I don't have sex. Currently with the fleshlight, mostly while sitting. Standing brings me way too close to PONR way too fast. Haven't tried laying down yet.
  • Continuing stroking for at least 1-2 minutes after I cum even if the sensitivity is unbearable. I believe this trains it to get used to this sensitivity so then regular sex doesn't feel AS strong. Obviously I don't want to lose all feeling, but based on the women I've slept with who've had previous experience, my penis was always the most sensitive (they've all been so aggressive!)
  • Doing kegels, RKs, root locks, and root kegels from time to time. Not super consistent. About 20 per day of each or so.

Measurement Day!

Another month down!

BPEL: 6.125" (Previously 6.125")
MEG: 4.375" (Previously 4.25")
BEG: 4.5" (Previously 4.5")
BPFSL: 6.0" (Previously 6.0")

My girth finally increased!!! Might have something to do with the fact that I spent a lot more time on low pressure pumping (nearly double of last month!)

My BPEL and BPFSL are still the same, but my PF usage was pretty low so I'm not too surprised. I almost felt like my penis was getting shorter because it got girthier, but it's still the same so I'm happy for now. :)

Plus, doing PreEjac work cuts into how much time I can spend on PE so I'm very happy with the results.

4.5" girth next month? One can only hope :)

Current Workout
  • 3 days on, 1 day off
  • PF for 4x1.25 hour sessions every day (this is the max)
  • Bottle for a min of 1 hour every day unless I'll be having sex later that day or I'm having negative indicators/not feeling too great
  • Bottle for 2 hours if I'm feeling fully rested and great
  • Edge every evening with a Fleshlight or death grip - no cumming. Cum either at the end of a 7 day "cycle" or on/before the day I plan on having sex.

Another day another blister! This time it's right at the very tip of the head. It's super tiny so with rest it should heal pretty quickly, but it's annoying because I was just starting to get used to my ADS again.

Also bought some new head protector caps. I got the blister because my current one was a bit loose and it didn't do as much so I ordered a bunch of Aliexpress and will use one of my older ones that still works in the meantime (once it's healed ofc.)

A bit annoying because my girl's coming over tomorrow so I'll see if sex is off the table or not because of the injury. Live and learn.

Have lightened up on the stretches, but still doing them daily. Same thing for pelvic floor exercises.

Edged w/ the fleshlight on Monday while laying down. Definitely felt a lot harder than sitting. Not sure if it's because I'm not used to the position or because my APT is more pronounced when lying down. Was ALMOST able to last the entire 25 mins, but went past PONR at around 22 mins and let myself go. Ended up finishing out to battle the post-cum sensitivity for about 2 minutes.

15 mins edging with the FL on 3/20. Started standing, got to PONR pretty fast, sat down, multiple PONR. Super sensitive.

Potential pre-ejac issue: short frenulum? I'm not going to go to a Urologist just yet. Will fix my APT, learn to control my pelvic floor more, practice with the FL & real sex, and THEN if it doesn't improve I will go see a urologist.

Been using baby powder every morning when using the PF and topping up from time to time. Definitely helps with < moisture which has helped with having < edema.

I haven't measured since last measuring day, but had sex yesterday & today and it looks MUCH bigger once again. Both width & length wise. I have lose some fat so length could be explained by that, but I'm excited to see what my girth is at .

Started using the FL much faster so if I get to PONR I just pause, take a break, and restart. The goal is to get used to fast stimulation and teach my brain that NO, it's not about cumming when I'm doing that.

Busted super quick with evening sex, but morning was able to last longer as always. Not sure if it's because my entire body is relaxed or my brain isn't fully "engaged" yet, but either way it's good

Got a pumping cylinder that fits me better. The one I've been using is HUGE. 2.25" or something so I got a smaller one that was 1.75" or so. The old one wasn't terrible, but it did suck in a bit too much skin.

Had sex again & it looked HUGE again both 1st & 2nd rounds. Super excited to measure because I think my girth has jumped up again! Length too, but not too much. Maybe 6.25"? Fingers crossed.

Feeling great overall. Since I have a steady girl now I'm less obsessed with making it bigger & the decreased self-pressure has made PE much more enjoyable because now I'm focusing on it for the long run rather than trying to get results as fast as possible.

I've also been experimenting with higher pressure pumping (for me "high pressure" means 2-3 hg MAX), but it feels like high pressure to me because I've been operating at nearly undetectable pressure levels for the past couple months.

Or on days when I do 1 hour, I do 2-3HG for 30 mins, and then basically 0 for another 30 mins.

2nd round was great though so no complaints there. If I could last as long the 1st time as the 2nd time I'd be very happy.

My girl's fine with it, but this is something I want to improve for myself so I'll keep working on this.

Slacking on this. Doing exercises for APT, but that's pretty much it.

Haven't edged. Came super quickly during a recent BJ.

Overall seems like I'm moving backwards, but work has been crazy & I don't want to drop PE so I'll keep doing PE until I hit a year and then re-asses.

By then it should be time to take a 2-3 week deconditioning break so I might focus on PreEjac 100% then.

Measurement Day!


My penis looked noticeable smaller than during my workouts/during sex during this measurement so I have a feeling my real numbers are higher than this. Might see a nice surprise next month!

Or maybe since I pump every other day, these are my real numbers and what I see on a day to day basis is pump-enhanced.



BPEL: 6.25" (Previously 6.125")
MEG: 4.375" (Previously 4.375") - It looked just a bit over 4.375", but I figured I'll just track the big milestones & not the tiny changes.
BEG: 4.5" (Previously 4.5") - Same here as for MEG.
BPFSL: 6.25" (Previously 6.0") - Good to see BPFSL increase! A sign of gains to come?


Total PF Time: 699 hours (Previously 585)
Total bottling time: 70.5 hours (Previously 59.5)

I have ~2 months left until I'll hit the 1 year anniversary of starting PE!

I would've liked to hit 1k hours on the PF in that time, but I don't think I will be able to... If I add up my previous noose extender hours I might get to 1k, but I'm not sure how beneficial those actually were.

I'm also about halfway to my goal of bottling - I want to get to ~160 hours and reassess there. If I'm still getting gains... great! If not, I'd rather use the PF more as that actually gets me results.

I've already hit my 1 year length goal (I think I hit it months ago), but my 1 year girth goal looks pretty hard. I'd have to gain .4125" of girth in 2 months which... Isn't impossible. But seems pretty darn hard.

Hmmm, I'll see if I can add more bottling sessions so then my focus IS actually more on girth rather than length. Since I'm mostly doing long-duration, low-pressure bottling only getting ~4 hours in a week seems like nothing.

If I can do ~8-10 hours a week that would be better as then I would almost hit my 160 hours goal in 2 months!


Current Workout
3 days on, 1 day off

  • PF for 4x1.25 hour sessions every day. Sometimes I add 1 more 1 hour session if I can. (Might try to add 2 this month or try 1.5 hour sessions. We'll see)
  • Bottle for a min of 1 hour every other day unless I'll be having sex later that day or I'm having negative indicators/not feeling too great
  • Bottle for 2 hours if I'm feeling fully rested and great
  • Edge when I can with a Fleshlight or death grip - no cumming. Cum either at the end of a 7 day "cycle" or on/before the day I plan on having sex.

Tried doing 1.5 hour sessions one day. A bit too much edema for my taste. Not terrible, but 1.25 hour sessions are MUCH better so I'll just do those instead.

Taking an extra rest day due to low sleep, sex, & the lil' guy just feeling like he needs some rest.

Total bottling/extremely low pressure pumping time: 73 hours

Still consistent. Started pulling my penis out of my underwear to prevent flaccid turtling (I wear boxer briefs). Planning on getting boxers soon.

Also been sleeping naked/doing some fowlers to maximize flaccid extension.
