Did you have any slippage issues with the phallosan when you were using it?

I have a phallosan that's been collecting dust for a couple years because of that. I know some others had similar issues with the sleeves and went with 3rd party sleeves and caps.

Thanks. Ya I have a Bathmate I’ll use in the hot tub but mostly air pumping. As for the. PF there to points where it can leak. The sleeve or the turning pump cap. I’ve use micro fiber tape around both to maintain suction.

Definitely I would recommend pumping while your cock is already rock hard. Your chambers will be at 100 percent capacity going in. Pumping will add more blood to them stretching them bigger and bigger over time. Over the years the chambers hold more and more blood getting thicker and thicker. Etc….
