PE and Healthy penis

Does PE really make your penis Healthier?

in all honesty i dont care at all about size, i just want to make my penis as healthy as it can get without any negative side effects, This is why i ask such a question.

Define what you mean by 'healthy'. I'd say all of the above are signs of a healthy penis.

I've been doing PE for about a week and already my penis feels healthier with the ligs feeling a bit looser.
