I posted a thread back in 2011 at the end of August where I was 6" NBPEL. I've been stretching/jelqing consistently since then only to report that I'm still 6" NBPEL. I can't really report on girth because I've been so focused on my lack of length gain that I don't know where that's at but nothing looks or feels any different in that department either. I mostly PE every other day (sometimes going 2-3 days off) with a 10 minute warmup/cool down and 30-40 minutes of assorted stretches and then 30-40 minutes of jelqing/ulis. I've seen stats and even pictures of people gaining close to an inch in length and/or girth in around 10-12 months. I would be overly happy with that considering I'm really only shooting for 7-7.5 x about 5.5.

Maybe you'e just way overdoing it? That's a lot of time. How about doing a 20 minute routine 4 days on and 2 off after you take a nice break!

I've always had really strong EQ and that hasn't changed any. I'll try the intensity and schedule advice. Also with stretching, this might sound stupid but, should you be targeting more towards the base, shaft, or both?

Im in the same boat bro, had very small gains in 6 months. Let me know if you find something that works.

No one here will agree with me but i'm super lazy...bought an extender and gained 3/4s of an inch in a month....i also stopped using it cause it sucked and manual PE is way better. you'll figure it out :)

I did JP90 and had some nice gains! I just followed it exactly, except I didn't take any supplements.

Yeah, I would have to say as well that the stretching time is kind of long and also it could be how long you are holding the stretch. You could add in a good traction wrap stretch and wear it for a while. If done properly, you can wear it for a long time and even have to real issues with urination. Or better yet, get you an extender (I recommend x4)

No gains at all, not even a fuller plumper dick with porno-comic veins? I am little over 2 months now, the girth and fullness has improved a lot, even the next day or so.

If you have not been gaining at all, then don't do the shock routine because that is not the issue. It is in your routine more than likely how your stretching or that your brain has not accepted that this will not stop. Have you been doing PE on a regular basis or off and on?

Honestly, this thread just illustrates another potential 'flaw' in manual PE, being that there is no real, concrete way to prove how much tension, or pressure a man is applying. It's also way too easy for a guy to believe he IS doing enough...when he's got no gauges, or other indicators. "I guess I'm pulling with "X" amount of force" is too easy of a conclusion. I'm NOT saying manual PE is suspect, or does not work. Too many men have proven otherwise. It's just that on the same token, too many men prove my statements.

I believe one should know the indicator of how much is enough, too much and not enough including the duration (interval) of the jelg, stretch, etc... Hanging works not just because of tension/strain on the penis but also because of duration, the same applies to good extenders. Stretching manually I believe should have a good tension with a good duration of hold time or else the body will repair/replace the fibers but not enough has been done to cause it to add fibers which is the goal to gaining.

I went on a 15-20min everyday routine before but added like 2-5 mixing it minutes everyday up to 30-40min, for two weeks, without ejaculating, damn I was horny! I did not see any results during that period, but it felt different physically somehow. Then I added a more intense routine and in 1 week or so I have seen amazing results last few days! I also did stretches every time I had the chance.

My advice, go down to a light routine for 2 weeks, then do a more intense routine and trick it, see how it works!
Take 2-3 days brake.

Yeah when it comes to stretching, do as much as you can throughout the day, but never to much so it hurts.
