Hey guys, i am 22 and I have started PE in December. My initial length was at about 5.2. I started with beginners manual stretching and jelqing routine for the first month, and bought the bathmate x30. I was able to gain .3 inches in the first month which was amazing.
By February I changed up my routine, I stopped jelqing but continued manual stretching and using the bathmate. during the middle of February I bought the phallogauge. At the start of March I am now at 6 inches(6.1 if I pump)
My routine:
morning; pump session of 5-10 min, then relax for 30 min and wear phallogauge
At night; 10 min pump
The next day I do the same steps except that at night I add 13 minutes of light manual stretching.
I usually do 2 days on 1 day off then 2 days on and 2 days off.
Some times I'll do 3 days on and 2 days off since my penis is getting used to the exercises.
