new semi-advanced routine, suggestions?

so i read the beginners introduction again and it says the idea to grow is to "trick" your penis
so with that

ive developed this routine
5 days on 2 days off for 4 weeks, and one week off
day 1:
warmup 15 min while doing the jai stretch and kegeling
internal stretch 5 times
jelq 15 minutes
compressor 3 times

day 2:
warmup w jai stretch
erect stretch 5 times
jelq 15min
uli 3 times

day 3:
warmup w jai stretch
basic stretches for 5 min
jelq 15
some sort of bend, looking at the obend

on day 4 and 5 i mix and match the exercises so i don't do the same exercise 2 days in a row
i always jelq tho, any suggestions

i did 4+ months already

hey italian - are you using heat with your warmup? It will help heal quickly too, by doing a warmdown. Heat is a GodSend
