Hello,

I am new here. I just started PE. I have very little knowledge around the acronyms, exercises, and devices. I do have some knowledge though. I just started using my x4 extender for stretching for about 1.5 weeks. I have around 15-20 hours so far; so just getting started. I am aware of the time and work it takes to see any results, and I am sick of worrying about this size issue. That means, I am in it for the long haul. I also just started doing some jelqing, but am unsure on the times that I should be doing that. I have been doing it for approximately 10 minutes a day between stretching breaks.

The JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) is a great beginner routine that you can start off with to start off with. With this routine you will go by the number of jelqing reps instead of time. Read it through and ask questions if there is anything you don't understand.
