Sorry for my english i am a french canadian
Since 2014 , i check pegym and im in my 4 years of exercise
Have done all the manual exercise , bathmate ( start with 30 and now past the 210 marks with the bm 40 w/o vac mods)
the last 3 months im a hanger ( LG ) thats the best exercise i have done, im only at 12lbs for an hour a day and i really see a 0.6 in gain

i am ang easy girth gainer , bathmate and jeld seems to be effective for girth , but kill my EQ
extender give me a flaccid gains
Hanging are the way to go for me, morning wood

Kegels and edging (Stop and Starts) should help with EQ- as should vigorous sexual activity. Your EQ should be improving as you add size.

Welcome to the forum!

At this point you should be hanging a total of 2 hours a day. If you can, try hanging 1 hour in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Start manually stretching: F.Length 4.75" and F.Girth 4.6."

week 4 with pump: F.Length 5.2" and F. Girth 4.8"

Not posting Non F. length or girth till maybe 6 month where it seems to permanent!

Or, should wait a year?
