Hello everyone, I ran across this site recently and decided to give it shot. At age 37 I started out NBEL 6" NBEG 5" personally i hope by the new year to be 8x6 hopefully.I figure what I got to lose just finish week one. I'm doing an every other day PE workout, with kegels on the off days. Is this overkill? Question how do you over come the tiredness from jelging? Any advice will be helpful thanks

Hey aqualove2013. Welcome.
I too have started recently at about 6 by 5. What's your routine and how long do you perform it? What do you mean by "tiredness?" Are you talking about fatigue in your johnson?
I found that in my beginning it was real easy to overdue kegels. Probably during my stretching session for 3-4 days a week was fine, I may start increasing it though.
I'd say, (and I think others would agree) to listen to your body, and start really slow. I think your routine sounds great (depending how much pressure and how long you do it is).
But since everybody is different, do whatever works for you.....remember to warm up though. Happy Pe"ing. :)

Overcoming tiredness? TAKE A BREAK. If you need a two day break, take it. It's not going to hurt your results, it's only going to help.

If I understood correctly, you want to gain 2 inches in length and 1 in girth in a total time of 5 months if you count this month. Is that right?

Lower your goals hommie!!!

PE is more of a long term commitment, a lifestyle choice. Think of it as you do brushing your teeth. Ur gonna do it for the next two years and thats that.

Oh, and welcome!!!

Welcome to the gym

Danster is right - rushing PE is normally a path to injury. Your goal is pretty unrealistic, the gains you are hoping for will likely take years of dedicated consistent work. This isn't to discourage you, but to put your expectations in check. Settle in for the long haul now, and mentally prepare for the work that will be involved. For those of us that stick with it, it is well worth the effort.

Good luck

You're welcome. And I don't think I have heard of arm tiredness, especially that quick. Do you live a lifestyle where you don't use your arms much? Maybe some arm exercises could help. Personally I feel like I could go for hours it feels so good. But.my advice would be to stick at your 5 minutes and work your way up. :)

Let's me throw some advise you why from an OG.
First off, do a 90 beginner routine for conditioning purposes (JP's I do recommend). This will give you the fundamentals of PE as well as getting your penis used to that kind of resistance, and your brain as well as to knowing after a while that PE is not for stimulation but physical modification of the penis (so, persistence is your friend). Read JP's instructions carefully which you can find in the first page of the Beginner's Forum of this site.

Don't be discouraged if you don't see any gains but just better EQ for a while. The fact is you don't really know the handicaps of your penis for gains. It takes time to know that and also know what you need to work on to overcome that as well. Mine is my tunica.

Be aware of your PI (physiological indicators). If you are not overdoing an exercise, you should not run into any problems with that for the time being.

Also research all you can about PE with the pros and the cons educating yourself in it.

I will not say anymore because it would be outside the realm of a novice PE'r. After three months, you will have some idea of trouble area (handicaps) which you can post on then.

Lastly, be safe else instead of gaining a bigger penis you will gain injuries.

Oh I see... I guess that would tire somebody out. Get it? "Tire"
But seriously I think it would be best to start off slow and increase gradually. Oh and I guess you get plenty of "arm exercises" lol. Maybe after time it will become easier or you can find more comfortable ways to perform the exercises. Happy Pe"ing.
Keep us updated..

Do the beginner's routine without getting of course. Your penis needs conditioning time. I don't care what anyone else tells you, do the JP's routine or similar beginner's routine for the allotted 3 months and read his instructions.
