I'm a beginners here. Right now I am 5.5+ inches long and 4.5 inches thick. Started with beginner's routine. I'm doing basic stretching for 15 minutes then basic Jelqing for 15 minutes. Problem is when I finish my stretching exercises in all directions, my penis is so flaccid that there is no required level of erection for Jelqing. In this case I watch some porn to get erection but still penis remains flaccid. So I have to jelq either in flaccid state or with 20-30% erection. What to do!? Is this a problem. I'm 29 years old and normally I have very good and hard erection level and I have a very healthy sex life with my girlfriend.
