Hi everyone, I'm 26 years old and a little bit fat. I was researching and saw many doctors saying that jelq exercises can do harm, deform the penis, etc.
I started the training routine this week, but now I'm a little scared.
Any advice?

Light - slow Jelqing = Better dick health
Strong intensity jelq = may harm it

Unbelievable how people blindy trust doctors which most likely have no idea what they talking about :D
