Hey whats good my fellow gym members i would love to have a log to keep track of my success and this seems like a great place to do so. Im really excited to improve myslef and my penis. I would love to hear some suggestions or some success storys, or whatever you would like to tell me about your success with penis enlargement and your experiences here at the gym. I am trying to come up with a grith based routine and i have some experience. Any advice would be sweet and greatly appreciated.​

Yes i am familiar witht the Uli and you are right i do have a good amount of time to get the work in. I have a bathmate and an extender that i purchased a year ago and never stuck to the routines like i should have. Lets just say im a well known procastinator and i would like to change that along with my penis and i think this a great palce to get started. I have a decent size already and may Bu be thats why i havent been really dedicated to natural penis enlargement. But i have done routines here and there and actually in april 2011 i stuck to a routine and gained 1/8th of an inch in girth and then slacked off when i got a job in may. Its now july and i havent done PE since april on a consistent basis, and i have known about for about two years but never really commited to it just loved to think of the idea that one day my penis will be bigger. well like you siad Cusp82 lots of work and that means dedication. I will post my routine tomorrow and keep track from 8/1/2011 and so on. Man i have wasted som much valuable time and i dont wanna waste anymore. My goal is to gain as much girth as phsically possible within reason.

So yeah i have had a extender and a bathmate, for about a year now and i havent really used as much as i should have. I threw away a vacutech pump that i didnt like because of how it killed my EQ. With the bathamte it gives me great EQ. i have the penis health dvd and they have alot of great videos on that. I gained 1/8th of an inch in erect girth midshaft in may in a matter of two weeks and i was happy but then stopped due to getting a job. but now i am unemployed and have been doing PE everyday since the month of august started. So yeah my EQ is great and i have a nice full flaccid and things are going good HERE IS MY ROUTINE

I never warm up and it has never ever affected me so do what you like, and i never do any length excercises. I start with jelqing 10 minutes but the way i jelq is highly expansive. I get almost full erection and grip base with one hand and with the other i jelq to the top of the ehad with a firm grip and then i alternate hands with the grip at the base and alternate jelqing hands as well. Another techinque i do is keep gripping the base and contininue to jelq with the same hand kegeling and stimulating more blood into my penis and then continue to jelq when i feel maximum exspansion is being achieved with one of my hands still gripping base. i do this for about 10- 15 mintues and let erction subside while doing lighter jelqs with no grip at the base. Then i use porn to get my erection back up too 100% and edge for 5-10 minutes and enter the bathmate for 10- 15 minutes kegeling and using the milking technique explained in the new article here by gettingthereok. then i take bathmate off and jelq till the fluid retention is gone and erection likes to go away and thats when i edge some more till im 100% or almost 100% erect and do some more intense jelqinq for 5- 10 minutes depnding on my mood and repeat the bathmate to jelqing/edging process again and yes it is a little intense.

i will wait 30 days and if i dont see any results which is highly unlikely with the good feeling i have about this routine i will change things up but as long as my EQ is great and my flaccid is full all day i will continue to do this routine till i stop gaining. LAter on i might clamp and slow squash jelq and do some longer more intense squeezes but i will see where this gets me. CHEERS BROTHERS, FEEL FREE TO CHIME IN !!!

OH yeah and as you can tell i want to gain girth my length is great 7 inches non bone presses which you dont need any more then 7 inches. 7.5 inches bone pressed with really good hard erection. My girth used to be 4.75 or 4 and 6/8ths and now it is 4 and 7/8ths midshaft, my base girth is a little more 13 cm so 5 and 1/8th base grith. my goal is 14 cm midshaft girth 15 base girth. but hey if i can get more then i will continue to PE till the there is no more gains. my dream goal would be 7 inch base girth and 6.75 midshat so i can say i gained 2 inches in girth and im trying to see if thats possible.
