I wanted a place to record thoughts, useful pearls of wisdom, discoveries related to my experiences with PE (both premature ejaculation and penis enhancement) since joining up. Sometimes there doesn't always seem to be a good place to post, and heck, I like you guys so I want a chat too :) Hence this thread.

I'm gonna start with a quote from Barbara Keesling's book "How to Make Love All Night".

In my experience, there are two kinds of men in the world: men who control their penises and men who are controlled by their penises. A man who cannot control his penis is a man who lives in fear. He fears having his inadequacy discovered, not being able to have a satisfying sex life, and not being able to fulfill the woman he loves.

Reading this book, I'm proud to be one of the guys that already started to take control of the troublesome thing. I think this is a great quote.

I can't believe it took me 35 years to find out I could!

Personally, I find control to be VERY sexy in a guy. I think most women know that it is really hard for a man, and don't take it for granted at all. Even if a guy cannot always control his desires/passions/behavior/orgasms/penis, just knowing that he is working on it is a big turn on. It indicates that he is passionate for his lady, but that he respects her and himself. All good.

I have a simple outlook on life in some ways. I see two types of problems in life. Those you can't change, and those you can. You can't let the first type get you down because there's nothing you can do, but the second type.. hell, go change it buddy!

I think that kinda defines confidence for me, and that's totally tied up in control. Re your penis or otherwise. As a guy, bringing your penis over to the roster of things you *can* change from the list of things you can't ... hell yeah that's a confidence boost!

Totally... That's like an instant confidence booster knowing you can change your penis.

BW, what do you mean you find "Control" sexy?

@somebodyelse - clue's in this

I hope this is true. But saying that, it's funny, I'm now intimately familiar with the average size of boys' willies thanks to various studies and the like, but I have no idea what the normal spread of boys' stamina is. I know what we'd all like it to be, but that's not the same thing.

My guess would be it's about half and half between marathon men and minute men, with little in between, but that's a complete guess, apropos of nothing whatsoever.

Lol reminds me of a part off peep show, not sure if you watch it, where one of the main characters is worried that his performance isn't satisfactory. So he asks his room-mate 'what's the average time to last? The mean?... Well no not the mean, Sting's probably thrown the mean way off. The median then'

(For those that don't know Sting is apparently a tantric God and known for ridiculous marathon sessions)

Sorry for going off on one spanky :) You may well be right in your guess though.

Lol Corrigan is genius! Think I saw it this week, it's the one with Jeremy's awesome line 'who needs romance when you're doing it up the bum?'. Too funny.

And erm... Who's mandingo? :D hehe. But yeah the whole pornstar debate can get pretty tiresome.

Hey, another pearl of wisdom from Mantak Chia's "The Multi-Orgasmic Man"
Keep in mind that women’s clitorises differ in their proximity to the vagina, which may be one reason that some women are more easily orgasmic during intercourse than others.

I genuinely never even considered this before. Enlightening.

Another excerpt from Mantak Chia. Pretty much correlates with what I've found on my journey so far tackling PE. not the whole story, but it's good to be able to relate to something said in such a well regarded text.

THE STAGES OF ERECTION

Most men believe they are either horny or they’re not, that they either have an erection or they don't. When we are young, we get directions so often and so quickly that it is hard to distinguish levels of arousal. The Taoists, however, noticed that there are actually four stages of erection – four attainments, as they called them.

 • The first is firmness (also referred to as lengthening).
 • The second is swelling.
 • The third is hardness.
 • The fourth is heat.

Your erection is not then just a static appendage, but undergoes a process that reflects your level of arousal. Western physicians have recently confirmed these four stages of erection, although describing them in somewhat more technical terms.

Healing Tao instructor Walter Beckley described the four stages like this: "In the first stage, your penis starts to move and become erect. In the second stage, it’s irm, but not bard – not really hard enough to penetrate (unless you use the Soft Entry technique). In the third stage, it is erect and hard. In the fourth stage, it is stiff and really hot. This last stage is also when your testicles draw into your body. It is much easier to avoid ejaculating when you can remain in the erect and hard third stage. Pulling the sexual energy up helps keep the penis from getting to the final, stiff and hot stage. Relaxing is also essential, as is trying to be aware of when you move into that anxious, explosive fourth stage when ejaculation is imminent.
