Is this good enough?

each jelq was for 3 seconds. for a total of about 220 jelqs

That is my routine just started on Jan 18th, 2009. Wondering if thats good for starters.? Ive been doing it every other day. So Monday on, tuesday off, Wed on, Thurs off, etc...

if there is any advice on if I am doing a bad routine or when I should step up the routine to make it more advance and how should the new routine look like I would appreciate it if you could help me out.

Sounds like a good routine but for now just do about 100 jelqs. Use a light grip and avoid pain. welcome to Pegym.
