2/8/2020 - 150 quick jelqs in the morning some jelqs and ~5 minutes of squeezing (with breaks), edging at night.
Did cardio, too tired to do too much, will do cardio in the morning and continue doing cardio.
2/9/2020 - 500 jelqs + edging + squeezes

2/12/2020 - 355 jelqs + some squeezes

Okay so I measured and I have not gained anything.
Will switch over to girth exercises and pumping instead.

2/14/2020 - 150 lazy jelqs and around 10 minutes of squeezes with rest times in between.

Hi muffin, unfortunately I did not get any noticeable gains.
I'll be switching over to girth only exercises and trying out the hydromax pump later tonight.

2/15/2020 - rest day
2/16/2020 - Gotten a bit lazy but was afraid to lose consistency so I did random squeezes throughout the day and briefly at that.

2/27- slacked off / too tired
2/28 - warm up, 227 jelqs, about 8 x 10-second squeezes stretching in clockwise and counter clockwise position & edging, warm down

Okay i've done some reflecting. It seems that I will probably not to hit my goal in a year. It is going to be a longer journey and I am making my new end goal: 6.5 NBPEL or about 7" bone pressed erect length. More concerned about the girth really.

Update: After doing squeezes , edging and jelqing repeated a few times I was able to measure AT MAX 4.5" girth but it kinda quickly went down after a few seconds. I'm not sure if this should be measurement to keep but this is how I measured in the past.

I started on 9/2019 so I have roughly 6 months left to gain 0.75" girth probably not going to hit the metric but I have a bathmate that I will start using tomorrow.
Maybe pumping, technically I'd reach my goal at max measurement but I do not think that really counts. But hey, I'm going to keep going!!
