Hey everyone.
I'm starting a log for my goal to gain an inch of girth in about a year from now. I hope to be 5.25" girth by September 2020. I'm currently at 4.25" girth and my length is 5.3" NBPEL length.
I do 500 wet jelqs after a brief warmup. I do 2 days on 1 day off and sometimes 3 days on 1 day off. If jelq and I feel some discomfort I assume I need a rest day and will take one that day.
For supplements I take 500mg L'arginine almost daily, zinc about 3 times a week and colostrum maybe 1-2 times a week.
I'm considering buying a bathmate at the moment. I'm trying to find a way to be inconspicuous about using it.
