I think I've identified a major bottleneck in my progress: Not staying erect long enough.
When I tried doing the clamping, I'd lose my erection about a minute in. I just come to realize that maybe this could be a reason why my progress is as slow as it has been. Going to test this hypothesis by trying ways to stay erect for much longer.
Whether it's an EQ issue, a libido issue or both, you'll find plenty of advice here. In the meantime, if you're looking for something similar to clamping that might work better, you could try squeezes. When I'm doing a long squeeze (a minute or more), I can add pressure at any time by momentarily loosening my grip, kegeling more blood into my erection, and then tightening my grip again. Maybe that would work for you.
