i would like to start this by writing,yes i know this was dangerous.i am a seasoned PE'er i have pursed a larger penis for over 15 years.i have not had a decon break in 5 years.i spent close to 6 months clamping(the first time i learned how to clamp),and 9 months hanging, i also spent a year clamping and jelqing then wearing the clamp as an ADS for up to 6 hours a day.i have perfected traction wrapping while using traction wrapping as an ADS during the 9 months of hanging i did.don't try what i am writing about yourself,i already tried it for you.i won't be posting detailed directions because it is in my opinion not safe to do.if asking questions about specifics i don't mind but ,i will tell you i did this everyday for 4 months for 3 hours a day.i am very methodical and consistent about my PE routines.i made zero measurable gains.this could be because of my highly conditioned penis,but the exercise required me to watch lot's of hours of porn as well.as we all know now how dangerous porn use can be, i took one for the team.i had to watch porn for 3 hours a day.(4 when i had to spend an hour finding new scenes to watch).i had to do this to keep high enough arousal to achieve full 110-120% engorgement.also the porn kept stimulation high enough to not go below 60% erection while i have the constriction at a light setting to allow blood circulation to get rid of numbness.

i did not injure myself at all during the experiment(besides a little chaffing at the clamping site) but here is a list of injuries i could have suffered so you don't get tempted to try this.

1.cell death throughout my penis-several times my penis would go numb to the touch most likely a few times longer than 20 minutes.you have to constantly check for this, i was not unwrapping for 3 hours.i was recirculating the blood through squeezes while staying wrapped.
2.crushed nerves-sometimes when i would remove the wrap at the 3 hour mark it would take about a half hour to get full skin sensitivity back on the top of my shaft.the pressure can crush the skin between the traction wrap and the tunica. also you have to clamp as close to the very bottom of the base of your penis as you can.sometimes the clamping site would be sore from the day before's workout.of coarse i had high risk of developing dorsal nerve injuries also.
3. thrombosed veins-i have used pumps and constriction devices allot.never had one,but i suspect i felt the twinges of one trying to start during the last few weeks of the experiment.up near my glans and to the right if my frenulum i had a slight sharp pain that would happen every now and again.i could have also ruptured capillaries and veins.

what i did first was do a light-medium manual tunica manipulation.i was also trying to see if i could heal the tunica for 3 hours fully expanded like a priapism sometimes can.i warm up under a reptile light with light rotary stretches ,then some SSJ's and uli's. i went by feel for the rep counts because if i do too heavy a volume i will have too poor an EQ to get an erection to start the exercise.then i take a quick piss.if you plan on not taking wrap off for 3 hours you just have to piss before hand and limit fluid intake until you get close to the 3 hour mark.then while i am still plump from warming up, i do a light pressure traction wrap.then clamp at the base.i modified a clamp and attached a dryer hose vent hose clamp to the ends to make a fine adjustment clamp.i tried with a normal clamp but the jump up and down with the constriction pressure upon adjustment was too large a range and not effective for this experiment.

i did notice an increase in vein size and proliferation.i think it was caused by the hypoxia like condition triggering new vein development.now i'm on a re-boot and a decon break.again this is dangerous and i am only posting this for discussion.stay safe and PE good.

Wait a second. Did you say that you have made no noticeable gains in 15 years of PE? That's very odd, I don't know what to think of that. I would think even the hardest of gainers would get something in that amount of time.

I think he's saying he got no gains from the routine he described, which he did for 4 months, 3 hrs. a day, not about his 15 year PE career.

I was doing active PE for 4 years and made no gains.
I did manual routines; I wore extender for 6 months; I Bathmated for 5 months; I airpumped for 4 months; I hung for two months (couldn't get the wrap to work); the worst is I did chemicalPE with PGE-1 and DMSO bi-mix--not only almost killed my dick but I am still recovering from the injury after 2 years.

So I understand where the OP is coming from. Gains are not so easy as many of the folks made out to be. The most dangerous part is the desire to gain (or obsession) can lead one to do crazy things to his dick--my horrific experiment with chemical PE.

Just because one puts in 2 hours a day hanging, daily pumps 30-60 a day, or wears PF 8 hr a day for a long period of time, doesn't mean he will eventually gain.

The only thing I gained is lots of extra foreskin.....

Its easy to do not enough and too much. But hitting the gain zone is hard. Espacially cause the zone moves and advances with gains and conditioning.

An extended erection as in a priapism might hit the zone of gains at some point but if you go beyond it you enter the zone of injury !
So if attempted I would go for slowly increasing time under expansion. The priapisms who actualy led to "healthy" permanent expansion where high flow ones. This means that fresh blood reguarly entered but couldnt leave as fast but still was able to

A situation where no fresh blood in and no old blood out is maintained seems in all extendes cases a high risk for injury and very low possibility for healthy enlargement!

i did read about ichsemic(sorry can't spell) type priapisms. this is why every time i felt the onset of numbness i would loosen the clamp and stimulate circulation.one reason the experiment did not gain yields may be because of many fluctuations in erection level.when a high flow priapism is happening i think there is a very constant pressure applied to the tunica with limited changes in erection levels,also a much higher fresher nutrient rich blood flow.i have made gains during the 15 years of PE but they came very slow for me.i just found out about healing in the expanded state 3 years ago.i have often times thought i may have 3 tunicas because of how difficult it was to make the gains i got. i very rarely have injuries and any that i have had usually clear up within a few weeks.at peek erection levels my dick gets very hard and rigid(usually it shrinks a bit too,i hate that).i used too high a jelqing(and pumping) pressure for a good 7 years. i did not have private use to the internet until about 3 years ago,so i was a bit uninformed.i think these practices in the past may have contributed to a really conditioned tunica.

Thats not really priapism though. Priapism usually is a 100% erection that wont go down for 4+ hours. if you have to help the erection stay up for 4 hours, thats not priapism. If you try to kill the erection and stays up for 4+ hours, thats priapism.
Maybe your lack of gains is related to lack of nutrients. Are you nutrient deficient?

Priapism also usually occurs with pain or uncomfortability...it can be dangerous if you have Sickle Cell disease or other cellular structure anomalies of if it is induced by say, a neurotoxin..however, in healthy people most likely a 4 hour erection will not cause any issues...

i know that what i tried isn't really a priapism. i was trying to mimic the conditions for growth caused by a priapism. that was why i mentioned the fluctuating erection levels during the experiment.i am not nutrient deficient as far as i can tell.i have a fairly healthy lifestyle.

I do extended clamped edging and I have seen gains from it. I don't use porn but regularly do 3 60 minute sets. I attempt to maintain as high of an EQ through out. I take 10-20 minute breaks between sets for massage, and helicopter shakes. The constrictor wrapping may be part of the problem with gains. I'm not sure.

the traction wrapping helped reduce the out flow of blood and kept the edema reasonably low.i get edema very easy from clamped edging.this also was one reason i used traction wrapping in conjunction with clamping during the experiment.the duration of clamping would have produced a sh*t ton of fluid build up.IMO i believe the pressure of fluid (edema) during healing prevents the tunica from healing in the most expanded state possible.in the past when i pumped i used to let the edema dissipate on it's own,sometimes this would take up to 24 hours.i did not experience very good gains from pumping at this time.i think reverse jelqing the edema out after pumping or clamping can contribute to better gains.

Heat ! Your tissue is hard . Functioning but hardened. Heat long time low intensity might help you.

actually i did my fluff routine under an IR reptile light(10-30 min depending on feel).i do 90% of my PE under the light of the IR bulb,shading my balls from the light of coarse.i was also trying to test the theory of the cool down.heating the tunica pre-manual manipulation and during. then still plumped from warm up traction wrap loosely,then clamp,and get an erection.then i would view the porn in the other room(no IR lamp).the year previous i was pumping with a Bathmate Hercules. one member wrote about cold water in the tube as a cool down to solidify the tunica callogen in the expanded state.i started with my warm-ups under IR light then pumped i also shined the light on the Bathmate tube during in-tube time,it gets the water back up to a hotter temp . i would keep a bottle of refrigerated water in the bathroom and use the cold water for my last set(cool down set).i noticed a larger post flaccid hang. but i was getting bad gator bite and stopped pumping a few weeks later.not enough for me to know if that worked,so i was testing this a little with this experiment.

Cold water pumping feels good.espacially if you did too much. I like to do it if Im done for the day.
I also have a cold and hot thermos jug.
I mostly pump with a regular pump with an added water pump set which then turns it into a waterpump.

Have to say IR never felt as good as for example plain heated water.

i used to do warm ups in the shower,but you can't beat the IR lamp.it warms the tissues ,but it also aids in speeding up the vasodialation process.feels great on my arthritis plagued hands too.what i remember reading about IR light is, the wave lengths penetrate the cells causing the H2O molecules to vibrate causing release of NO into the localized area of light exposure.it is a very deep penetrating heat.i also tend to think the cool down method speeds up recovery by reducing inflammation faster than a warm down does.i also read that IR light exposure can speed the tissue healing process by up to 3%.
