About 1.2 inches in length and half an inch in girth was gained with the Phallosan Forte, using 10-12 hours a day with 1 rest day a week combined with 15 minutes of manual stretches and 10 minutes of Jelqing before and after wearing. Long hot bath before and after. After about 10 months and those gains, the gains stopped as tension had been maxed. I then bought the Bathmate HydroMax Extreme as I was wanting faster girth gains and oh boy did they come (and the girls started to as well ehhe) Right now I am up to 20 minutes twice a day in the morning and night and 20 minutes of Jelqing a day with BathMate Jelqing Syrum. The Jelqing syrum I swear by, it has collagen in it which repairs the broken down surface tears faster I swear. Even just going for girth, this added the remaining half inch + in length as well

I started my goal with Jelqing. My EQ improved which I read was what you want to see. Not sure how to describe it best it was classic Jelqing and stretching proceeded by long hot baths for a about 6 weeks. I really noticed change in shape, it became more "bat like" and really did feel longer in my hands. I did not measure those initial gains because it was more in shape with a little length it felt. But it felt noticeably different and "better" in my hands. This made me confident that the penile structure can be change and enlarged, so I decided to go all in.

I Purchased the Phallosan Forte after much research and a few failed other extenders that for reasons just did not work and I do not want to bad mouth any brands on here. I gained a lot of length from it, about an inch or so and some good girth.

Also of note, the Bathmate would start to swell the neck glands, as well as the frenulum below the head and a lot of edema was formed. Absolute best advice I can give is to keep a journal while you 'experiment' with your devices and routines. Keep. That. Journal.
What changed my mind about the journaling is I had a day where I absolutely rocked it in bed for like 3 hours. Depends. For me it was worth it to get away from manual stretching. It became more effective when I discovered a better 3rd party sleeve and glans cap (I created a thread on it on the devices forum) as I no longer lost the seal or got blisters. Right now if I were to invest in an ADS I would go with the stealth for men VAC hanger with their ADS belt as you get the dual functionality of the best hanger on the market as well as an ADS like the phallosan forte.

Right now I am simply using Bathmate and manual routines and am still gaining.
