From a brief google it appears to be some sort of cream that you rub into your penis to aid growth.

Wry: The supplements on this website will serve you just as well, if not better, than any male enhancement pill/cream/tab that's available. It's simply a cocktail of ingredients we're already aware of with a much higher price tag.
