i normally start after a run. Warm up for 5-10 min, either rice sock or warm water.
round of 30 sec stretching, every direction,
about 50 v jelqs
50 regular jelqs
20-30 more v jelqs
another round of stretching

its worth noting that even days when I'm not doin PE, i do a set of stretches ever time i take a hot shower.

Advice? Things i can do better? Been at it about a month, not seein anything yet.
