I would just like to write that I was partially cured by taking the lion's mane fungus after 6 years, maybe it's a coincidence or his plague, so I'll buy more. Feeling returns and it is no longer flabby
I don't know English and I write through a translator

Hi Zwinny! Welcome to PEGym :)

Thank you very much for the feedback!
I would like to ask you to tell us your complete story. I understand that it probably won't be easy, because you don't know English very well. But, can you please try?... :p We won't mind if it has some spelling errors :)

I'm glad you're recovering! Keep going! :D

My erection got worse after the jelquing session. I was 19 years old, I read on the internet that it could be the fault of the weakening of the pelvic floor muscles, so I started doing kegel and quickly got hard flaccid which then turned into long flaccid and so for 6 years I am now 25. Symptoms:
- the penis was excessively flaccid
- rubbery skin feeling
- nothing excited me
- strange mini-contractions running through the penis and bulbospongiosus
- when erected, it was thin and elongated with a soft glans
I was afraid that it might be a venous leak, the hormone tests turned out well. Only recently I started taking a lion's mane and phenibut, but due to the nootropic effects, because I have practically reconciled with impotence
The Lion's Mane helps rebuild the nerves, and I think that's his merit

Hi Doctor Romero. I have been reading through your posts and I appreciate the time you are taking to give members here insight into possible explanations and course of action for their symptoms.

I would very much appreciate it if you would give me your thoughts on my case of "long flaccid".

In order to keep it brief to start, I will list out my case in bullet point form:

- 25 now, symptoms started around 18 when I dabbled in PE (manual stretching and jelqing only)
- never had an obvious sign of injury from PE (one time I pulled to hard stretching and had pain that went away after an hour or so and didn't have another other bad symptoms) but I wasn't seeing progress so I stopped
- When masturbating I was prone to kegeling a lot and clenching
- I began to notice slowly at 18 that my libido was drastically reduced: could not get hard to pictures alone (only to videos), would never get blue balls anymore, didn't really "feel" a sex drive anymore, couldn't get hard to thoughts alone; I also stopped getting morning wood and random erections
- symptoms have slowly worsened over the years
- checked hormones and prostate with doctors, came back clear
- erections are harder to get and hard to maintain, especially when standing
- erections need stimulation to remain; feel hollow and less attached at the base; will lose erection in about 30 sec without stimulation
- erection angle is lower; penis feels heavy and detached when erect
- penis also feels detached when flaccid; flaccid is almost loose and "empty", less sensation all around, almost feels too light and hollow
- both flaccid and ball sack are loose and larger; some slight pain sometimes in right testicle (radiated dull ache from pelvic area into testicle)
- urinary symptoms: more frequency, hesitation (takes longer to start peeing), feels like I can't get it all out
- penis brain connection is gone
- harder to orgasm - was a shooter before all this now I am a dribbler, seems as though ejaculation volume is reduced as well
- I can abstain without getting horny really at all - although shamefully my biggest streak was about 18 days; I still masturbate to porn
- on rare occasions I have had good morning wood; rare as in a couple times a year
- have tried Cialis and that makes keeping erections much easier, but doesn't give me morning wood or fix sensation or libido at all

There are probably more details that I am forgetting about here. Please let me know what you think. It's hard to believe that I gave myself nerve damage from stretching and jelqing for a bit that would last for over 7 years but I feel as though that is the only explanation for my general lack of penile sensation and loss of libido. I have tried pelvic floor exercises and stretches and have gotten some relief such as in urinary frequency, but this has not made any real improvement on my erection quality, sensation, or libido.

Thanks for taking the time, any input is much appreciated.

LF is weakness in the pelvic floor. Causes of the weakness varies for individuals. To heal from LF one must discover the root cause of weakness, combat it, and restrengthen the pelvic floor.

Weakness that needs correcting via kegel exercises or more general PF exercises? I have tried both for a while now and not made any progress. How would pelvic floor weakness contribute to numbness in my flaccid state? I feel like my nerves in that region must either be damaged or suppressed in some way.

Believe me I wish that I could have found some sort of routine by now that would be improving my condition...

Zwinny, what brand and dosage of Lion's Mane are you taking?

You probably have a spasm, on top of the weakness. Spasms can compress nerves and retard them.

Wouldn't I be feeling a spasm though? I don't have any kind of chronic spasm or pelvic pain that would indicate a spasm.

Polish brand, but it makes no difference, natvita extract 500mg
Strange because when I put the lion's mane aside and masturbated, the problem came back and now when I take it again, the erection and libido are back
@Romero MD do you know what this is?

What specific routine would you recommend to resolve this sort of spam and weakness?

If your nerve is compressed, you would not sense a spasm. Feel around with your fingertips.

My protocol is an option. Spasms/tension must be treated before weakness. No exceptions.

For your Education and treatment:
MUST READ Resources - Pelvic Floor Issues, Hard Flaccid, Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

How can I tell if I have a spasm? I maybe feel a bit of tension in my pelvic area but not much. Mostly just symptoms of my flaccid being less sensitive and a general lack of sensitivity/libido in my pelvic region (don't feel rush of blood as much when getting erection really).

@Romero MD
I read your thread, I don't have much time to put details, but diagnosing LF by anyway as a nerve damage is totally, I've met hundreds of HF&LF this what I can conclude from what I've been through till now
-one of the common causes of BOTH HF & LF is a reaction happened as a result after taking Some medications and some even got it because of weed or marijuana, some have it after wake up without any previous sex activity at all.
- both LF & HF have recovered cases including my experience with full erection enable to keep erection standing up, and recover controlling the muscle.
from the previous points and more not mentioned this cant be related to a nerve damage.

I don't know if you have read the HF unraveled book , if you didn't have a look.
also check this article

Pls tell me how you can recovered?
