Any women here have success with supplements for libido? My significant other is looking to try a small stack of supplements to help.

So far her current supplant stack is:

Zinc
Magnesium
D3
Maca
Damania

She’s debating on taking fenugreek or horny goat weed.

Appreciate any feedback or personal experience.

I believe there is a woman’s version of Viagra to increase blood flow in the Vulva regions but not sure how successful it has been. How old is she, perhaps beginning menapause???

Valid, I think they have some bi lateral use cases if im not mistaken. She mentioned to me it’s helped to some degree, but she’s on her on quest the last couple months.

So she’s tried Viagra? Addyi is called the Little Pink Pill for women taken daily. There is also an injection, don’t remember the name a few hours before sex.

Negative, she’s looking for something vitamin like before she makes that appointment. What’s interesting I do remember way back she did try horny goat weed. I think it did work, took a week I think. Just occurred to me

Just remember she loves you, even when she appears disinterested.
it took a long time for my wife to understand that during my untreated ED.
“You just don’t find me attractive anymore.” “I’m just to fat.” “You wanna be with some young hot woman? Don’t you?” We worked and owned a convenient store together, and once in awhile a female customer would ask her if I was married, not knowing I was to her, didn’t help the situation.
So be supportive, hold her a lot. You’ll figure it out together.

One of the important thing in order to make Herbalism, Ayurvedic or even traditional chinese work, is to make sure natural hormone level and production is on point. Supplements like mentioned before, support healthy libido but that biochemical reaction is based over a healthy hormonal environment. If hormones are not good, herbs and extract will have little to no effect.

First I would make sure through blood tests that hormone levels are normal, then engage into a nutritional habit that promotes healthy hormone levels, even if they are already normal, a nutritional diet can enhance even more natural production. Then on top of that I would add natural products that a) enhance production of hormones even more and b) promote healthy libido and fertility.

Check out Pregnenolone.

Your body uses cholesterol to make pregnenolone, which is often called the “mother of all hormones.” Pregnenolone is then converted into progesterone. Pregnenolone is the precursor hormone for estrogen

Improves physical and emotional well-being, decreases body fat percentages, lifts moods Increases energy levels, and reduces the adverse effects of stress.

Have her speak with her doctor.

What I see is a cocktail of everything said to help but some of these supplements have an awful lot of caffeine in them.

She will be running around with a very high heart rate.

She should try them one at a time to see if anything works.

How old is she?

I'm a dude, but have researched this a ton. I had low-t and zero libido, but fixed that 5 years ago. We later realized my wife was also low-t. Women need some testosterone and a blood test revealed she had zero free test. Total test is the amount in your blood, but free T is the amount that's actually available to your body - so if you get a blood test, MAKE SURE it has either free test, or bio-available test. They have different scales, but both state whats "in-range".

So here's what has worked for my wife:
1. Fixing her test levels with low-dose TRT. This also fixed her issue of lifting 4-5 times/week and NEVER being able to put on any muscle.
2. red maca makes her wet and horny, and this is only needed for her when she fucks with her T does and lowers it too much. If your levels are low, this will help with minimal side effects. If you're on the higher end of normal and take 1-2 red maca daily as it suggests, it CAN fuck with your hormones and kick off an early period, or just lead to mid-month spotting.
3. We didn't mess with zinc etc since it wasn't needed. But others have success with PT-141 a peptide that stimulates the libido part of your brain i believe.

There are many supplement gimmicks out there, but i'd highly suggest low-dose test cypionate injections. We're swingers (its relevant), and libido comes up very often in our social circles. We know MANY women who had low/no libido's and had success with low-dose Test. There is still somewhat of a stigma, but stop caring what people thing. If you have an issue, and there's a medicine to solve it, fuck anyone for judging you. Don't go through your Primary care. They don't know sh*t about hormone. Go to a teleclinic where you get labs taken by quest or labcore and email the results to them. You speak to an endocrinologist who KNOWS what they're talking about and can help you get your dose dialed in so there's minimal side-effects. If you take retarded levels of it, yes you can start to lower your voice, your clit can temporarily enlarge, you can grow some unwanted bodyhair. But none of that happens overnight. You have plenty of time to dial-back your dose if you experience any of those. Once dialed in, there are little to no side effects and having a healthy libido is incredibly fun.

My wife swears by Fenugreek and Neem. She's not sure which one works or if they work in tandem as she takes them together. But, when she does - bodda boom!

If that was directed towards me, i tried natural methods. If the problem is non-existent libido, the person may have low-t and its likely not the only symptom. If that's the case, just taking something to make you horny now and then is a band aide issue and won't get you feeling better. The real solution is TRT.

if its just the libido, stress or meds or other things could cause it. In those cases, sure, try red maca or some other things to boost the libido. I'm trying to bring awareness to low-t. It happens in men AND women, and most people aren't aware or don't talk about it. Leave your judgement at the door. Its not juicing to take medicine. There's no stigma because diabetics need insulin, is there?

Umm no .
You start with an actual blood test which gives you are number not just oh I felt this so I need to go to juice .
Then you look at methodology and give it a real shot not oh red maca didn't work now I got to go to juice .
Sure men and women can have hormone issues they should give natural methods a real effort . Jumping straight to juice is just lazy and half assed .
Natural methods can be used to increase test level .

Black cohosh is a great herb for women. It helps balance hormones, great for menopausal symptoms, vaginal dryness, and decreased sex drive.

Also, I take a mushroom supplement, has like 8 different ones in it. Many are great for libido & hormonal balance. Lion's mane, red reishii, cordyceps, to name a few.
