Another short session. Max was 138 so stopped after 15 mins. Might have to focus on 138-139 time since I seem to be rebounding after 140

EQ wasn’t great again. Max 138

So I’m noticing a ton of fatigue lately and I’ve been sleeping, resting, and cardio is improving steadily at the gym so I’m not sure what’s going on but definitely seeing a drop in performance.

I think the stretch to 139 and 140 caused rebounds and undesired bad affects. Basically think it was too much of a stretch from normal girth.

I think I’m going to take 2-3 days completely off and I’m going to get back to this 2-5% strain idea.

Basically do shorter sessions and count time in the strained condition within that range and trying never to go past it.

I’ll measure at the start of the session at 90% ish

So if it’s 131 then I’ll be looking for
- 134 - 2.2%
- 135 - 3.0%
- 136 - 3.8%
- 137 - 4.5%

132 breakdown
- 135 - 2.2%
- 136 - 3.0%
- 137 - 3.8%
- 138 - 4.5%

So target range is probably 135-137.

And if this is an accurate theory for me then it makes sense why pushing for 139-140 is making my PIs and sessions worse. Too much strain.

Going to keep duration down to around 10 minutes to start. Maybe do some randomness, light and heavy day (2-3%, 3-4%). But we will see

Started again yesterday 4/14

EQ got progressively better after 1 day and after 3 day everything felt normal.

Day 1

Clamp 10 mins -134 to 136

Day 2 - 4/15

Clamp 5 mins 134 to 135

Haven’t updated in a while but have been doing the routine pretty consistently.

Everything gain wise has plateaued and lately I’ve been thinking it’s probably time I take a long hiatus. I’m thinking 3-4 months but I started this journey almost exactly 2.5 years ago and I still remember where I started and can’t believe I’ve gained what I have. I’m happy even if I never gain another mm. So maybe it end up being 6 months and maybe this is the end of the PE journey for me (doubt it, but who knows).

In case it is my last post then i just want to say it has been A JOURNEY. I still remember getting the Phallosan and my first session, reading these forums up and down trying to learn and figure things out. Trying out pumping. And personally the past 2.5 years have been a rollercoaster all around. I’m grateful for these forums and all the knowledge in here, and all of the veterans around that share and guide the way.
