Here are my starting stats :
BPEL = 5.5 Inches
MSEG = 4.5 Inches
Flaccid = 2.8 Inches
Short term goal : (3-6 months)
BPEL = 6.2 Inches
MSEG = 4.8-5 Inches
Flaccid = 3.8 Inches
Long Term Goal : (1-2 years)
BPEL = 7.5 Inches
MSEG = 5.5 Inches
Flaccid = 5 Inches
- Followed the JP90 program, dry jelqs because I am uncurcumsized. I did 50 reps with one hand, used my other hand to hold skin back, then 50 reps with the left hand using my right to hold skin back. That completed 1 set, did a total of 3 sets. Did a total of 30 reps of V Jelqs, 10 up, 10 up-left & 10 up-right, totaling 30 V jelqs per set & 90 per workout.
I for sure have to shave my pubes because when I was dry jelqing I would pull on the hairs and that caused a bit of pain. Also had to keep playing with myself a bit to get to a 40-70% erection level, couldnt get or stay hard for some reason so i had to keep stopping, making me take about an hour and a half just for the first session including warm-up and warm down. If there is anything you can tell me on what I did wrong based off what you read that'll be great.
