Jp90 and edging

Ok I've been on the jp90 for my 3rd week now and I tort I'll start edging aswel.
My routine is:-

10 mins warmup
Stretches and helicopters for 5 mins
300 wet jelqs
150 v-jelqs
7 mins cool down

I tort I will include edging after the v jelqs and before cooling down, I don't think it was the right decision as less than a minute in I ejaculated even though I stopped stroking as I knew I was going to cum. I stopped but I could feel it making it's way up the shaft, I tried so hard to hold it in but it just came straight out.

What should I do???

Should I try kegeling for a couple months prior to edging??

How fast do I stroke during edging?? 2 seconds? 1 second?

Am I edging at the right time? Is all the jelqing causing me to cum quick while edging.

I have always been a premature ejaculator. Cab anyone please help.

Yeah, keep working on your kegels. But for now you could try not touching the head at all, just stroke the shaft, and try slower strokes. Once you get the hang of it don't edge for too long directly after a work out. IMO 10-20mins is good. After a workout you really just want to get new blood into your unit and expand the exercised tissue slightly - and try not to blow your load. A long (1hr+) edging session should be done as a separate exercises completely, after which you can blow your load.

Edit: Anther thing, you probably don't need to bother cooling down if you edge at the end of a workout. After I have finished edging I normally use bed fowfers to warm down/stop any turtleing.

What's bed fowfers? Also does that mean I shouldn't combine edging and jp90's routine but do it as a separate exercise or I can combine but not touch the head and not cum? Thanks

Enzo: Search the exercise section for how to do bed fowfers. Essentially
when you go to bed place your dick to the left or right of your
nuts. Stretch it while flaccid. Place your leg against your dick
so it does not move. Keep it secure as long as to like. Shake it out
and change positions occasionally. It's a good easy stretch and good
for penis warming when I can't use my rice sock.

Re: Edging. Pl reread Tharros prevouus post.

Edging is like masturbating and pushes more blood into your dick.
I typically do it after a standard pe session when I have time. It feels
good. Optimally edge/masturbate for 10-30 minutes and try not
to cum. If you get close to cumming back off with the stimulation
a little so you can restart.

I can last a bat 16 min at best. The idea is to try to last
longer if you can. And it has the secondary effects of lasting
longer with a partner
