I am really confused as to how this routine is structured rep wise exercise wise has anyone got a summary? i would really appreciate it im new and trying to get into this but its too confusing

I believe it to be:

Warm up with heat

Stretch penis left, hold 30 seconds

Right...

Down...

Up...

Jelq for so many minutes

Repeat stretches and helicopter shakes...

Jelq...

Then warm down.


Hopefully that's a little clearer?

Well...I guess just tug that sum-bitch in all directions, until it gets longer....then you're done. :becky:

Honestly, I'm not sure what exactly you're confused about with the exercising. Most people seam to do each exercise​ for "x" amount of minutes.

Pump 5-10 minutes

Jelq 5-7 minutes (taking 3 seconds each, from base to glan)

Pump 5-10 minutes

Etc...
