Hi.
First of all, please excuse me if I do some writing mistakes, english is not my native language.

Well.
I wanted to share my story and warn you about jelqing and stretching.

I'm a 26 y.o man. Last year, during only 3 months, I used to jelq and stretch. I followed safety advices, such as warm up before doing exercices. I didn't do it for more than 30 minutes and didn't apply a very high pressure on my penis.

I started to notice very small benefices (maybe +0.2cm length) but first pains occur. At first, I thought I was doing too much and I decided to take a rest. Days after days, no change. Worst, pain became stronger.

It was 6 months ago. I never Jelq or stretch anymore and I always suffer from it. My veins are way bigger than before, especially when flaccid, and they got a ribbed apparence. The pain occur only when I apply a pressure on my penis, even a light pressure. That means : every sexual act is now painful. I suffer from it even when I masturbate... I tried to take aspirin for a few days since it's a drug used for blood pressure and pain but it had absolutely no effect.

I worry a lot. I'm only 26 and it looks like my sexual life is ruined. I hope it will disappear by itself but I don't think so. I'm in the same state than six months ago! I didn't have sexual life anymore and I try to stop fap, I didn't masturbate for two weeks right now.

Is there someone here who had the same experience with jelqing?
Can you give me some advices?

Thanks for reading and please be careful with these exercises !

Yeah you worry a lot , anxiety is not good for the penis .

What is the medical advice? What did the numerous tests you no doubt have had done over the months reveal?

I didn't see any doctor yet. I know it's stupid, but I thought it would cure without medical need

You claim it's a medical problem not a head issue .

It;s been 6 months and you have not seem a doc ,about it let alone had tests been to specialists yada yada .

Might I put it to you that you have anxiety , go to a doc go to a therapist , get yourself together . By all means if the doc says you have vein damage from jelq come back and post that and tell us about the tests that showed it etc.

I myself also wished i never jelqed, i always applied minimal pressure and didn't even do a full routine and still have issues to this day and it has been almost 2years since i did any form of jeqling. What's worst is that my penis was average size to begin with and there was never any evidence on this site(pictures) showing actual proof of gains nor scientific experiments showing the benefits of jelqing either.

Stay strong OP, go to a doctor & tell them what happened and hopefully the fix isn't too invasive, i too hate doctors as well hence why i haven't been to one about my issue.

i've had this injury for like 1.5years now and it's directly from jelqing. Basically my penis gets hard but it keeps moving up and down as if it's pumping blood and if i stay erect for a long enough time i have pelvic soreness as it seems that my pelvic muscles are working overtime to keep it hard where as before i ever jelqued i never had this issue. Whenever i rest my penis for like a month at a time it gets slightly better but with constant sex it comes back.

I haven't been to a doctor because i don't really have an intimate partner with whom i have sex with on a regular basis but at some point in my life i want one and i need to overcome this issue. I plan on abstaining from sex/porn for a few months to see if it helps, if it doesn't then i'm going to the doctor later this year but i would just like to know if anybody knows what's the issue from the symptoms i'm having?

p.s i always warmed up, used petroleum jelly as my lube, 60-80% erection levels and never squeezed hard while jeqling when i did do it.

You never mentioned jelging back when you first started out-

1st mention of a problem, 4/11/2018, no mention of jelqing, just excessive masturbation

jelqing not mentioned

just a whole lot of masturbation.

I am taking today off & hopefully come back friday or next week, i have a slight soreness below the shaft, i don't think it's the Peing though, atleast not by itself because i was making sure to make my routine easy to start, probably not doing enough volume. I was masturbating everyday though & was doing it before the PE session, i think maybe PEing + rubbing your cock daily is the cause, could be wrong but time will tell after a few days off.

Is it fine to beat one off after the PE session?
So i've been doing PE for like a week and a half now, already have gotten injured, was on a 3day routine & was going fairly light with about 12mins total work done per session. Sunday i started to notice that my erections were terrible & have a slight sore below the glands, i'm assuming the injury comes from the fact i was masturbating daily & about 15-20mins before every PE session, i was doing that because it was hard to stop constantly getting errections during my PE session the first time i did it. It's been 5days now since the injury & i'm still not fully healed, i even have a left upward curve in my erections now & i read that it would be scar tissue issues. I'm hoping to start back PEing on monday & i'm icing my penor 10-20mins a day, i will not start back until i feel fully recovered, i just want to know how much time do you guys think an injury like this normally is fixed?

p.s When i start back PEing i plan on limiting masturbation to once per week & on non workout days & won't be doing kegals during jelqs as it didn't feel natural.

I am not reading your posts, where you have any right to blame things on jelqing.
You have other things going on.

Yeah look just in general if you have a long term issue you want to put on pe get some medical advice first . You can then tell us what test were done what the results were what the numbers on the hormone tests and so on . Importantly you can tell us what the doc said

The most common cause of dick problems are anxiety related .

First off, OP and Rudebwoy, I know you claimed (Rudebwoy), that you didn't grip it firm, but you likely did. When lubed, your fingers should be able to apply slight pressure and glide over your penis.

OP you may have done something serious and taking Asprin can actually make the issue significantly worse due to its ability to thin your blood. I strongly recommend you get in to see a doctor right away and for gods sake stop touching your dick. If you just had surgery on your arm would you run out the next day and play baseball? Rest, rest, and rest.
