Hi!
I've been having problems with ED for a while and I have recently read more about the importance of having a balanced pelvic floor.
First I'm trying to find out if there is an imbalance in my pelvic floor muscles.
What I experience is that my PC muscles is tensioning a lot while having sex / masturbates. It's tensioning like 5 seconds, relaxes for 1-2 seconds and then tensioning 5 seconds again, and it goes on like that. Is that normal?
I also have trouble getting a firm beam of pee when going to the toilet and having problems to get all of the pee out. And I have to go to the toilet during nights.
Also, when I have peed it's often drips a bit after, if I'm not really trying to press all the pee out of the penis, like jelqing.
What do you guys think? Is this a sign of an unbalanced pelvic floor?
Best regards,
Matthew
