Well I am just coming through my 3rd week on JP's routine doing 2 on 1 off which fits with my lifestyle.
I only do four way stretches and one set of circle stretches as if I try to to circle stretches after each direction stretch I get far to erect and I don't want to damage myself. I noticed that I have been turtling for quite a while after I finish the routine but yesterday I had to cut short my routine and I only managed 100 jelqs and 60 v-jelqs (counting both hands as one rep) I had a plump hang like I've heard other people talking about which seemed to last quite a while.
This seems like JP's routine is over training for me and I've heard it can be for some, do you think it would be a good Idea for me to do the 100 jelqs and 60 v-jelqs for a few weeks then step it back up?
Thanks for any advice
