I eat a mainly vegetarian diet and I wondered if I might be deficient in iron. Has anyone used Iron supplements to conquer ED or PE? Im wary of it because you can get too much iron. I could only find one mention of it here on Pegym:

I have started taking an iron supplement which contains 250mg Ferrous gluconate (iron) and 100mg B6, Magnesium 100mg, Zinc 15mg, and calcium 250mg. I am taking it twice daily, in addition to a regular multivitamin tablet. Feeling better just after 5 days starting these supplements.
- I am using IRON supplement due to restless legs syndrome and insomnia which is better now. (RLS happens due to iron or magnesium deficiency). Anxiety is also better and now there are no racing thoughts.
- IK's are almost gone. Now arousal builds gradually and it is controllable even with strong imagination. Prior to that it was not possible to edge using fantasy or imagination. I can edge for more than 20 minutes by using imagination and without reaching PONR. Seems like it is working. EQ is also very high.
Seems like the supplements are working to increase serotonin and other critical hormones.
I think these supplements are worth trying if you have anxiety, OCD, anaemia, insomnia, and you have severe premature ejaculation (cum within seconds of penetration).
