Hey I’m Chase. I’m 18 years old, 6 feet tall and an ultra-skinny 130 pounds (Last year I was an anorexic looking 115 pounds believe it or not)

My measurements are:
From base to tip: 6” exactly
Circumference: 5” exactly

My story is that I used to live a very active lifestyle. But I’ve been struggling with depression for the past 3 years and now my diet/exercise/sleep is all fucked up. And my dick is getting smaller (used to be 6.75” when I was 15), and I’m not getting as many boners as I used to. And not nearly the strength they used to be. Which is unacceptable. I’m gonna get my mind, body, and dick back into shape. I’ll keep you updated.

Good to have you onboard Chase. A good beginner routine should improve your erection quality if my experience is anything to go by and this may well help restore some of your previous length. It would also be helpful to start a progress log once you have selected a beginner routine. The great community here at PE Gym will help out if you have questions not covered in the "Start Here" section.
