Hello guys, I started jelqing around July-August of this year. Of course the first two-three weeks were one of the best as I had better EQ and better penis which was great results until I started 'edging' for long periods to porn, two months in and I got my first injury. See the thing is that theres some discoloration and also its over sensitive to the point where it hurts but also it comes n goes like when i stop masturbating 2 weeks the pain goes. I feel like its less moisturized. Im using olive oil it got better but I dont know whats the case..

I have a ' hunch ', that many newbies, use too much force/are too rough, injelqing, which if one's penis is not conditioned, leads to self inflicted injury.

I just think that penis's, in general, are best treated gently, until some conditioning is established over time.

Okay guys since I dont wanna mess up any more threads, ill type it in here.
So update: ive been putting olive oil and it has been very effective “the itchiness when my penis rubs the boxer is on its way to end”. White spots could be almost anything- from recovering bruising to fungal infection.

As far as the mental aspect, nothing affects the penis of more men in a negative fashion than emotional stress- and this includes stressors outside of the sexual arena as well as direct issues like performance anxiety.

IMO- you should start on focusing on the most important basics- EQ improvement and the mental aspect of your training. Without wither of these things, you're going to have issues making progress (not just in size, but in your mindset).
