Can anybody share some experience around IR therapy and where i can find an appropriate device to perform warm-ups?

After reading about the benefits so far, im very curious as to how my recovery and workouts would respond if IR therapy was included.

Love to hear some thoughts and see a discussion evolve around this topic!

Well, NIR/IR/Red can work. The principle is sound, and there are FDA approved devices out there. Like anything, there are risks and one mustn't be careless with them. Used properly, they can be great as aids in healing for things like muscle pain. Not miracle-devices by any means, but helpful.
I use InLight Wellness. It is an approved device. It is not cheap though.
