Improving my girth routine

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for ways to enhance my girth routine, as I've been a little disappointed with my results so far. This is what I've been doing:

• 5 - 8 minute warm up in a hot shower
• 50 slow jelqs @ 50 - 60% erect
• 1 35-40 second Uli @ 95 - 100% erect
• 50 more slow jelqs
• 1 Uli @ 95-100%
• 50 more slow jelqs
• 1 Uli @ 95-100%
• 250 faster jelqs (5 sets of 50, 30 second break in between)
• 5 - 8 minute warm down

I've been a bit disappointed and haven't seen any gains. I'm very open to suggestions and critiques, as I know many members on this forum have been pretty successful.

I'm disappointed that you only warm up for only 5-8 minutes, 10 should be a minimum. And like duppy said how long have you been doing PE for?

Yes he could injure himself - if he jelqs too aggressively or uses incorrect technique, has too long a session, too many sessions......... Many have not warmed up prior to jelqing and have no issues whatsoever regarding injuries. I have been jelqing very intensively for over two years without any kind of injury at all. The vast majority of injuries come from the above, not whether or not he warmed up for five minutes, 10 minutes, or not at all. The truth is those who warm up, some for as long as 20 minutes or more to start and finish, probably have never jelqed without warming up. With that being the case, you don't really know how factual those dire warnings are. I could warm the snot out of my unit, then proceed to jelq incorrectly, and I will still stand a very good chance of injuring myself. I am all about safety, I preach it all the time, but not when it comes to warm up or you will surely injure yourself.

Ganja, I am not telling you to stop warming up, only that I don't. That being said, look into perhaps trying some UJ's and UV's if you want to increase the intensity of your workouts. You have been a member since March, so I am assuming you have conditioned your unit.

EDIT: I do perhaps a one-two minute warm up that I call Fire Starter. It loosens up my smooth muscles and begins promoting blood flow. In that sense I do warm up prior to jelqing, just not the more traditional way or time. I repeat the Firestarter at the end of my routine.

I've read posts about guys that have had some girth gains in as little as a month and as long as a year, but I'm getting pretty discouraged. I know less is more and I've thus been trying to perfect my technique and strive for quality over quantity, but I'm still stuck at the 4.8" EG range and would love to break 5 within the next few months. Also, with regards to warming up, I will be sure to lengthen that period of time to at least 10 minutes.

What are UJs and UVs? Any other thoughts for good exercises? I just feel like jelqs aren't all that effective for me.

If you are a tough girth gainer then you need to step up intensity- depending on how long you have been peing.

I was stuck on 4.8 for 6 months - since starting my new exercise i am 5.2 min girth and 5.5 max (depending on if i exercise that day) - took 4-6 months to achieve.

You have to use restriction because you can achieve a much higher pressure - whilst restricting be sure to kelgel and edge the whole time.

Once doing this for 3 months i recommend starting small bends whilst restricting.

Personally I dont warm up unless i feel like my circulation is bad that day - i just ease into any stretch nice and slow. I have been successfully peing for 2 years without injury.

What is your limiting factor? From your description it kind of sounds like it is your tunica. Is your FL more then 1/2" longer than your EL and is your EQ very high?

If so, I recommend:

1. longer warm-ups; as warm as you can take it. Heat and blood will improve the tunica's ability to stretch.
2. Adding tunica tugs before your work-out will loosen it before you start with girth. Start with 3x30sec and work up to 5x60sec (adding time, 15 sec/week until you get to 60, then one 60sec rep/week).
3. Great job mixing your jelqs between your girth exercise! I find it speeds EQ recovery during the routine.
4. All jelqs should be slow.
5. Increase the number of squeezes, Ulis, etc.
6. You may need more rest days than work-out days. When doing something this intensive you'll have to be very attentive to your PIs.

Here is an example of a routine I use:
40-60 min Girth/Jelq routine: (repeat 3 times) Try to get between 3-5 sec/stroke; 2 strokes/rep.
60sec squeeze
50 wjelq, 60%-40% erect
30/20/10 Uli jelq (30 second Uli hold, 20 second jelq, 10 second hold below the glands=1 rep)
40 Vjelq, 80%-60% erect
30 sec Isolated compression squeeze
30 ^jelq, 80%-60% erect
30sec kegel jelq*

Extended girth routine:
2-60sec Isolated compression squeeze
2-30sec Kegel Jelq
5min clamp
5min balloon

*The kegel jelq is a name I’ve given something I did before I discovered PE. I don’t know if it is on this site under a different name but here is what I do. With high EQ I start a base squeeze to trap the blood into the penis. I will slowly slide my grip forward ½ to 1”, hold a kegel while I loosen my grip and re-grip at the base. Do this a 2-3 times, SLOWLY moving forward, then hold for 20-30 secs. End with a slow 15-20 sec jelq and allow the blood to trickle past your grip. Screw-up and do this quickly or too hard to allow blood to trickle out and you’ll shoot your glands across the room. This is much like an Uli, but you really feel the pressure and expansion in your CS and glands. Very intense and your EQ will immediately drop after each one.

What exactly is tunica? My FL is much shorter than my EL. Also, @ training it like rocky, what is restricting? Sorry, I'm still kind of new to the terminology/science behind all of this.

I should have said FSL - flacid stretch length instead of FL - flacid length. See the attached for the tunica.

Hello,

Sorry for very late reply.

Restriction is aka as clamping. I tried using my hands for 6 months but i didnt get anywhere... it felt like i was having to press too hard to get anywhere! the less i gained the longer i trained for and the harder i pressed - i was ending up killing my hands (which were already very strong). Then I tried clamping... bigger effects and no effort!

I tried many different kinds of clamping and in the end i came up with my own technique - which i will share with you...

start with kitchen rubber gloves (heavy duty, not cotton lined), scissors, lube, nail clippers

cut fingers out of rubber gloves and then cut the tips of the fingers off.
roll a finger into a ring
achieve 100% erection
push ring down to the base of the penis (it should be very tight)
maintain erection with right hand (porn is vital for me)
with left index finger slide under ring towards balls - whilst maintaining erection with right gently pull downwards with left index to make sure the ring does not move upwards
kegel constantly (but particularly when index is under ring - otherwise it will have very little effect)
have a break now and again with your hands - that erection isnt going anywhere whilst you have a ring on.
after a few weeks why not try increasing pressure..?!
whilst left index is under ring - reach under your gouch, kegel hold then push against your pubic bone with your right hand (hold for 10 secs)
OR add another ring on top of origional one!

the nail clippers are just in case you cant get the ring off afterwards - it does happen occasionally! just nip the outside layer and the pressure will split the ring in two.
