Hello to everyone.I have see too many forums and too many answers and questios and i'm a bit confused...My answer is very simple:What is the best program to begin the excersises?how much time i have to do dayly these?what kind of excersises i should do for the length and girth?what are the excersises that i must to start and how much time i have to do with each?Thank you.
