ok here's my situation, i havent had sex for almost two years and i dont masturbate regularly like once a month, i exercise regularly and i like to abstain, the thing is id like to have sex and get back into it but i think it will be a while as my girlfriend wants to wait.

the thing is, i belive the inactivity of sex has given me premature ejac right fellas? i think kegels and regular activity will fix that if thers anything else let me know...the main thing is though, when i masturbate, after abstaining for as long as i can, man i just give it a few pulls and i ejac, i kegel and manage to hold a bit but then wowa.. and check this out i shot my load 4 times in 15minutes even in a semi erect state...this is realy bothering me, wots the deal with this, is this just me? is this because of abstinence...advice and tips pls...i started peing to prepare my self for better sex when it does happen..i cant be bothered masturbating regularly...

I think you're dead on: Inactivity of sex will definitely lead to a quick blow when you do finally "do the deed." It's perfectly normal after long build ups to go quickly.

You say that you can't be bothered masturbating regularly - what's the deal? Do you not like it? Presumably the only way (without the use of drugs) to overcome premature ejaculation is to masturbate. The reason being: It helps you a) get in tune with your body, what turns you on, how to use breathing techniques to last longer, etc. b) it gives your practice of lasting longer.

Masturbation, well, what can I say - it's important on many levels. I'm guessing your still in your twenties. If so, then the good news is that overtime - with enough practice by yourself and with a partner - you'll be able to go long periods of time without having sex or masturbating and still be able last longer.

well am almost 30..i dont like to masturbate too much kuz i train regularly and its important to me so ejaculation would just make me weak..maybe i should masurbate and not ejaculate?
how often should i masturbate 2-3 times a week? do the stop start method?
man my girl is gonna have to understand because its been so long and we aint slept together yet and when we do it will b over quick i guess...lol..any tips for that first time..or just pop a viagra? lol

By the way you said without the use of drugs...what are those drugs, SSRI inhibitors? Aren't they for people who are too nervous about sex... I'm over excited I guess.

Masturbation is healthy man. Ejaculation has been proven in many studies to decrease the risk of prostate cancer. I also dont see why it should make you weak except maybe for a few minutes after because of all the endorphins that are released. If its about the idea that it lowers your testosterone, dont even get me started on that one. And yeas, the best way to get harder erections and have a stronger sex drive is by having sex and or masturbation. If you dont blow one off every so often, your lasting power will greatly diminish.

I hear ya. It's because I box. But now I'm in a dilemma. Masturbation reduces the affects of pe right? I need to find a way to do both and not let it affect my pe.

Slank: There's no evidence that it reduces PE per say. In fact, it might help it so long as you ejaculate at the right times. G said it best - Masturbation is healthy. . . Even as a boxer, you it might even help you more to masturbate once or twice a week to help produce more testosterone.

i appreciate the advice. I read about the stop start method using kegels. I guess I'll have to try this 2 times a week sounds ok. Yep I have to get my self ready for better sex.

I'm sorry I meant the start stop masturbation technique to increase endurance by johnson and johnson. Where you masturbate to the point of climax then stop preferably using kegels, and then stimulate again and you do this ten times. I'm curious as to how many times a week I have to do this.
my kegels I do them daily but i don't do them while urinating as I read this can cause a urinary tract infection.
