This guy hasn't been around for a month; I wonder as well.

Hi all. I just want to say I did/do not have penile cancer. I don’t want to get into it all (though there’s not much I can explain even), please respect that… But I have felt I owe the follow-up.

Thank you for the kind thoughts.

Hope you said you're sorry to all the doctors you roasted in your first post.

Hope you said you're sorry to all the doctors you roasted in your first post.
No... Not a chance. They were unprofessional in my honest view, most especially in doing next to nothing to console me in the height of worries. Every ER doctor I had around that time was better than they were in that way, in what is a crucial point of care. It was all business and shoo-me-on with the original specialists, the dermatologist definitely being the worst in this regard. From the beginning, really. But on my last visit with her, she insisted she would refer me out to somebody else (expecting a name and number to call me)...a referral who definitely never called me. I was well on my way trying to seek dermatologic help elsewhere and onto graver worries immediately after that last appointment with her that I totally forgot that last convo with her.

All it takes is a doctor to admit they don't know what they're looking at because they don't have the experience(!!!!!), and here's ____ who does [and I do care about you finding the correct answer out]. That's called *good* business, good practice, and good ethics.

I found a leagues-better and experienced dermatologist (has seen penile cancer of the skin, for damn sure) as well as urologist(s) after I was cleared of the cancer concerns of any kind (external or internal), to follow up with other ongoing penile issues. I am awaiting a penile procedure chiefly due to ED related matters, less than a month away. You know it... Doppler ultrasound.

- There's an area of concern in/at the center of my right corpus cavernosum. It may be even a cause of some deformity I was wrongly linking to being a sarcoma from inside (because ever since then, there's usually always a visible flaccid kink causing the penis to go left, which subsequently appears like a bulging/ballooning on the right side). The concerning area possesses some inconsistent mild tenderness, thankfully just when provoked. It may be something to do with the chamber itself or otherwise vein related as there are hardened 'branches' to slightly feel around there.

- Possible plaque in one or two spots. My main suspicion is some plaque just beneath (and maybe even *underneath*?) the corona ridge of the glans, basically wrapping all around the top half of the penis in that zone. The more flaccid I am in an exam (I am always extra flaccid in that setting), the far less likely it is possible to feel what can be felt there. I can "scratch" it downward just barely with my fingernail...this little raised semi-rigid area all along there, underneath the corona ridge. See, I've had the sudden increase of erect angle starting from underneath that upper zone of the penis since...well, it's in my post history. I know for a fact I over-PE myself to every single issue I've ever reported having, overdoing stretching and jelqing, being absolutely overzealous. Simply very long edging sessions even could've done something, I have no doubt. Not long after that extra erect angle began, I'm sure I began feeling less sensitivity to the penis head, because arousal just doesn't happen as swiftly or strongly as it used to before then. Whether that's the reason for it all, we can't say yet, but overall the penis is basically the exact same today as it first came to be during that time period, to the best of my recollection. I have some gains from PE (and I've lost some gains), but I have to work more at it to get a good enough erection. Sustaining a quality erection is a whole other territory... It'd be nice to have a line-up of hot, naked and ready girls to test the psychological factor as I know it's more than half of everything for the average guy and his penis. Alas, with very infrequent sex I'm having lately, I'm just 6.5/10 confident in being able to naturally get a good enough erection (just lying next to a woman in bed, no direct stimulation from her) and sustain it long enough for at least a 'fair' grade penetration session. I know it could all be worse, and I'm way thankful based on horror stories I've read (seriously, bless those dudes' hearts), but my sh*t definitely ain't all right, and the jury's out on just how much is off, till I find out.

- Possible venous leak (of some variety, and who knows where).

- Newly enlarged vein deep'ish in the left base of the shaft that is accompanied by a kind of soreness, usually just during arousal and post masturbation/ejaculation. It came about doing some pumping, I think, in late Spring of this year. I threw that dumb pump away after I felt something of a sting...probably my fault in doing something wrong. I tried taking a break from all self-stimulation right after that sting, and at other times, but the discomfort wants to come back. I apply heat to the penis almost daily so I can maintain general penile health (I want it to not forget the feeling of blood flow, man), but with that seems to come promotion of this apparent vascular issue to arise. I have some Viagra on deck that I have yet to try; it worries me something will burst from in that zone if things get so 'full'. Catastrophic worry, I know, but I feel I should be this careful...I have no idea how my penis (or any part of me) will react to Viagra as I've never tried it before in my life. If I take the plunge someday soon, it'll be 10mg (cut the prescribed 20mg in half). I don't know if this vein or artery is a thrombosis or what...but damnit.

I began pelvic floor therapy proper earlier this year...a whole subject on its own. I continue to hope for the very best with that, as much as it can help, because I know it does a great deal of help, even if I have separate penile issues (I have to believe I do). The pelvic floor therapy sessions will resume again very soon after a months-long break, as will my homework. I can say for a fact that very intricately working my IC pelvic muscle (which I located on my own one night...somehow), if not also the BC muscle, literally moved 'new blood' into my corpus spongiosum (as well as filling the penis some, for sure). Somewhere along the way of me doing PE, kegels and edging (circa early to mid 2020), for whatever reason my corpus spongiosum had started to go FLAT...which, if you don't know about that life- it's all kinds of fucking-sucks. Unfortunately, strengthening of the pelvic floor (at least via the IC and/or BC muscle) seems to be kinda alerting the aforementioned newer sore vein issue at the left side of the base of the penis. Ah well...

On I go.
