hi guys,

i've read this entire forum for few days and it gave me hope as i found people like me.

i am 19yo, i have what is called a very tight pelvic floor and "hard flaccid". i always knew something was not right with my dick, because i'm like this since i'm 10 or 11. i am pretty sure there is a connection with a bad habit that i have, which is tightening my abs/stomach and i can feel and i've read that it's connected to the pelvic floor.

So i am gluten allergic/intolerant since im born. everytime i eat this food i become bloated like bear belly. as a kid i never knew neither my parents that i was intolerant.
eating gluten everyday, i became ashamed that everyone will look at my belly, so i started sucking it in since. i also had to tighten hard my pelvic floor muscles because at school i had the urge to go to the toilet very often and i don't wanted to be mocked by my friends so i was abstaining untill i get outside the school or at home. this was because of gluten too.

here is my symptoms : stools strain everyday, pelvic pain on the 2nd ejaculation, hard turtled flaccid, no morning woods, veinous and weak erections and sort of IBS.
it's getting better when i'm lying or sitting.

i am now free of gluten, but i keep tightening my belly unconsciously, iam planing to see a hypnotherapist for that.
i've started stretching my pelvic floor but not daily, i hate stretching......

is there anyone who have/had this condition because of the tight belly thing ?

i will add that i've stopped masturbation, porn or anything like this for 2 month now, and i am not too much anxious about this. i mean i've never had a girlfriend or fucked once, iam like this since kid so it's just another day for me.

Tightening the abs and overdoing kegels is associated with tight pelvic floor .

I would get a hormone check just to eliminate that as a contributing factor .

Your pf does sound tight stretches and rk should help.

I'll see my doctor tomorrow and will ask for a hormonal check
Indeed my pelvic floor is tight and i can't feel it, i mean i have no awareness in this area. sometimes but it's rare i wake up with an erection and a pleasant sensation like it's chilling. but as soon as i go to the toilet it's over
i'm going to learn the hole "reverse kegel" thing
feels good to talk about this
