Opps, I missed it.. Buts its teh same... I feel liek I got some problem make it 'pee'.. o dam.. Actually I am not sure whats kegel too, but then as I tried to hold my pee and I did successfully hold it. And I have no problem holding it for some times.. like 30 sec.. but I totally don;t have any idea how to reverse it?
I try to force more pee come out, but thats like training my abs only.
Sometimes when i reverse kegel i feel an intense stretch that goes all the way to the head of my penis but sometimes I just feel like im pushing out a dump and sometimes I only feel the testicles rise. All three ways I contract my abs. Also all three ways my testicles rise. So which one is correct because I don't want to push out to hard.
