How long do you exercise?

When you do these exercises, how long should you spend time on? 5 min? 15 mins? What's the optimal time to do that will guarantee some gains and able to do long-term?
Is there any guide on this?

I don't think anything is guaranteed but I can share my results. Hanging between 1.5 and 2 hours a day at least 4 days a week combined with manual stretches got me 2 inches in one year with much better EQ likely due to pumping and clamping. Be consistent, be careful, and don't forget to take days off. My gains are on the high end but I also have a lot of private time.

Some manual exercises can be only a few minutes long- especially at the beginner level. Then you have extender training, which can run 8-12 hours a day, and some wear an ADS for longer.

The answer depends on the level of conditioning, form of training and aptitude of the trainer. Lifestyle comes into play as well, since a very busy person unable to train in a covert manner may need to split their training into 2 or more sessions.
