Hello guys,

Just trying to add a tip from my own experience - I see a lot on this forum about the importance of the form of the hindi squat. It has been touted as the 'correct' way to do a hindi squat is to keep your back as straight as possible. Whilst this form definitely helps stretch out the perineum and PC muscle I have found that leaning forwards whilst squatting gives a much better stretch of the BC muscle and so might be worth a try if you have excess tension in the BC muscle particularly.
