How's it going? I'm a new member, I'm not exactly sure why I'm here, more out of curiosity I suppose. Naturally, I'm sure like every male, I'd love to have a healthy bigger penis. But I've never really struggled too much about my size. I have noticed over time that my erections don't seem as strong, maybe like I always have a semi, and I'd like to find ways to get a healthier, stronger erection. I look forward to learning some things, and seeing what I can do to get on the path to a healthier life style.

hey thanks. And yeah I actually have been looking into that. I just crossed into my 30's a few years ago and it's just something I noticed. I also was kind of over weight, so I started dieting and exercising. lost 37 pounds. It has helped some. I can notice just from the weight loss I've gained size. Hoping that with the exercising, it will help my circulation as well.

Hey! Kegals helped me get stronger erections. Also L-Arginine, ginseng, and a few other supplements helped me get really strong erections. I've cut down on porn from watching daily to a couple times a week, which helped a little with erection quality during intercourse, mostly just having longer lasting erections.

Check out the "Start Here" first. I wish I'd have done that when I started. I would have avoided pain and injury.

Yes. PE is real. I was extremely skeptical but gave it a shot to gain girth. I've made exactly a 0.375 inch girth gain over 3 months and totally floored when I saw my tape measure. From 4.875 to 5.25. This was a true tissue gain as opposed to "EQ" gains, which are just as good!

Just be more careful than you think you need to be if you decide on doing exercises.

Yes, always err on the side of caution. Start out slow and work up gradually. Rome

was not built in a day, nor is a longer, thicker cock. Do not go hog wild at first.

This leads to needless injuries.

Hey Heyokalex!

Welcome to the Gym.

I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

A lot of guys have improved their erection quality by Jelqing.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavers.
