Hey,

I'm a 22 year old college student and i have a pretty scary problem. About 6-9 months ago my penis was about 7.25-7.5 inches long fully erect. Now for some reason it will only erect to 6 inches. In high school i worked out a bunch but since i got to college i've slacked because of my classes. i'm 5'9, 160-165lbs. I masturbate 2-3 times a day almost every day (which i know is a lot). I did go on a new medicine the last few months called provigil and i've been under a pretty decent amount of stress, but i feel like this shouldnt be happening to a 22 year old. I'm pretty worried and im not totally sure what to do.

Please help!

Have you noticed this change in your size since you've been on the medication?

EDIT: Are you on the medication for a sleep disorder or for some other reason?

You didn't actually answer whether you had noticed the change in size since being on the meds?

Some side effects of that medication are low and high blood pressure as well as anxiety. Your problem could be related to either one or the other or both. I would suggest a trip to the docs and have your blood pressure taken. :)

I didn't think they were correlated but my size did start changing right around when i started taking it. Thanks. My blood pressure the last time i went (which was about a month ago) seemed to be in fairly normal range so i'm not sure on that part.

Start exercising and stop jerking off that much like mentioned previously.

I would contact the person or try to find a solution elsewhere to maybe replace your medication with maybe some other type since that sucks.

Start with a manual routine like JP90 and go from there.

LOL! That's such a British word. Typically means your balls (your knackers), tired, or broken/dead. So if I've been up all night trying to fix my car, but it's unfixable, I'll be knackered from not sleeping, and the car is knackered, 'cause it's fucked.

OP watch the video in my signature. Consider carefully the information. Plus rest your penis for a couple days at least. If it is related to over masturbation it should rebound pretty quickly. If it is related to porn it could take a little longer. If it is related to the medications it won't get better until your body adapts to the meds, or you change the meds.
Go to the START HERE button on the top of the page. Start a beginner routine at about half the reps and slowly work up to the full routine over about a month. Your EQ should rebound from these changes. Good luck.

Excessive masturbation, porn, stress, and medication. I'd lose an inch to poor EQ too. Do as suggested, cut down on the porn and masturbation and use that time to go to the gym. Physical exercise is good for EQ and your whole body health. Try that, and I'd bet you'll have it all back in no time.

If you want to increase your size beyond original, PE can do that for you, as well as further improve EQ.

So, just to make sure: you did measure both of these numbers, correct? These are not estimations of what it looked like to you? Second, are you measuring these bone pressed, or non-bone pressed? If you have stopped working out, your nbpel could take a hit, but your bpel would not be affected as much. Finally, as others suggested, stop jerking off so much, and stop or greatly reduce watching porn. If you have been smoking too (although you didn't mention that), that can make your penis a little smaller.
