Hi Guys,

I am almost 62 years old and I accept that I'm not as big as I was in my 20s. But my biggest problem is just ED, I can't get hard without pills and I can't stay hard at all. I stopped looking at porn 6 months ago (not even nudity) and I only mastrubate about once a month to relieve the build up.

My doctor hasn't been much help since I don't have any major health problems or risks. BP is nominal and I'm about 20 lbs above the ideal weight. I don't like using devices like cock rings.

I was wondering what exercises that I could be doing that would help with achieving and maintaining hardness? I don't mind if I gain size but I'm still at 6in on a bad day and 7.5 to 8 on a good one. Size doesn't matter if its gone within a minute or two. When I try to have sex, and understand my woman is close to my age, by the time she is prepped (lubed) I'm back down to 5 in and it is too soft to hold shape.

I am open to supplements, PE exercises, lifestyle changes or anything targeted to my issue.

General health and fitness .
A kegel reverse kegel pelvic floor training , edging , light pe .
Pelvic floor can be trained other ways eg pilates /yoga .

Optimisation of hormone levels is important . Get a hormone panel test done include estrogen . Take no notice when he says it's" fine " "normal" or any such just post the numbers here .

If you haven't maintained a high level of cardiovascular fitness, then work towards that end would be highly recommended!

I know it has only been a couple of days, but I have noticed some changes by adopting the 50ea for 5 sec. exercise. I was only doing 3x 10ea for 3sec. and was afraid to do more or longer because I didn't want to chance over exercising. Yesterday when I was on the treadmill I could feel some tingling down below when I reached the point of elevated heart rate. Then, this morning when I used the bathmate, I was able to fill it up 3/4 without any stimulation. I don't believe in overnight miracles but I think the modification to the exercise was the missing piece of my routine. I'll probably know more in a month or so.

The 50 reps mentioned is a recommended maximum! Be sure to start off at a comfortable rep count to ensure you have enough training momentum to add reps in the coming sessions.
